I sit in my room listening to music with my led on a blueish color. My mind was everywhere. Me thinking about how inlove I am with Jalen.

How do I tell him I'm in love with him?

Will he feel the same way? Will he get scared and push me away?

I'm scared of what the consequences will be. Because I love Jalen so much. I wasn't sure of it at first, but now I really am. I would do anything for him.

I hear a knock on my door. I pause my music.

"Who is it?" I yell.

The door opens to my parents.

"Are you okay?" My mom asks.

What the hell?

"Yes, I'm okay. I'm just thinking." I say.

"Why wassup?" I ask.

"Nothing, we were just checking on you." My mom asks.

I nod.

"You want to talk about it?" My dad says.

"I'm just thinking about my relationship. I feel some type way right now and I don't really know how to feel. That's all. Really just chill." I say.

"You know you can talk to us about anything right?" My mom says.

Then I realize why the fuck are they talking to me.

"Cool." I say continuing my music.

I hear my mom sigh and close the door.

I pause the music and FaceTime Liv.

"Liv, I'm a fucking mess." I say rubbing my temples.

"Yeah, I can tell... look at you." Liv says.

"Fuck you." I say with no emotion.

Liv just laughs.

"You need to relax... you know damn well Jalen loves you back just as much." She says.

"But having this weight on my shoulders is hard.. I just want to tell him." I sigh.

"Well do it." She says simply.

"It's hard." I pout.

Liv sighs.

"Look you need to stop stressing. This is what I need you to do. Get ready. I'm gonna pick you up in 30. And look cute." She smiles at me.

"What- I.."

She hung up.
