I lay in Ryan's bed. Ryan is fast asleep and he seems so peaceful now... His face is pressed against my chest and I have my armd wrapped around him. I think about everything I heard and I try to figure out what I want. It doesn't take me long... I take my phone and text Sarah.

Sarah... we need to talk soon... xBren

Almost immediately she responds.

No we don't have to. I know what you're going to say anyway. It's okay. I hope you and Ryan become happy. You both deserve it. Just give me a phonecall tomorrow and we'll dicuss the divorce. XSarah

I smile and text her back.

Thank you for being so understanding... I'm really sorry things didn't work out between us. You've been the best wife I could ever imagine. XBren

Thank you Bren. I'm going to sleep now. XSarah

I put away the phone and look at Ryan again. I feel honored that he trusts me so much now. Now I finally understand his behavior. I finally understand why he could never tell something about himself.

Ryan shifts, makes a cute noise and then opens his eyes.

"B-Bren?"

"Yes Ry. I'm here."

"I... I love you Brendon..." he whispers and then falls asleep again. I smile.

"I love you too Ryan..."
