I woke up to the sound of the baby crying, again. With a sigh I got up, rocking her to sleep once again with some warm formula off the stove. I looked at my watch, sighing as I saw it was my get up time now anyways. I got dressed into a black pear of skinny jeans, but all my shirts (of course only meaning 3) were still dirty. "Hey Dare?" I whispered, lightly shaking him. He opened his eyes, then look at me. Of course I was shirtless, due to the fact I had been changing when I realized I didn't have a shirt. "Do you have an extra shirt? Or could you go see if Maggie does?" He gulped a bit, then focused intently on my eyes. "My... Uh, my bag is right in there. Just grab yourself a t-shirt." I nodded, and I couldn't help but smirk at the man. He was adorable. I threw on his shirt, then quickly lent onto the bed and kissed Daryl. I did in the mornings, because no one was awake at the same time as me. I tied my boots, then began shoving weapons where they went. A knife in my boot and one on my hip, my arrows on my back and my bow over my shoulder. I sighed when I saw Rick submerge from the tunnels, but didn't decide to say anything. "The baby healthy?" He asked slowly to me. I nodded. "Fine, Rick." He nodded, then went to talk to the rest of the group. "Rachel! Let's go look for your group." The girl nodded as she followed me and we left.

When my watch read 2:30, I decided it was best to go back to the prison to try and get some work done. I could tell by the look in Rachel's eyes her hope was slowly draining, but not that her family were alive. That she'd ever find them. "Is this what it feels like? To feel left behind everyone else." I slowly nodded, my eyes focused on the yellow dashes of the road. "It gets easier." I mumbled. She nodded. "You said dad ate his gun..." I nodded, and she continued. "How'd you know that's what happened?" I sighed. "Cause I do, okay? Let's leave that conversation at that, understood?" I looked at her and raised my eyebrows. She nodded.

We pulled up to the prison, Carl opening the gate for me. "We need to get more for the baby." I said, looking at the group. They all agreed, so I began thinking through plans. "Glenn and I could go and focus on getting Formula." Maggie said, giving me a small smile. I nodded. "Alright, sounds fine. I will go to find some clothes, and if I find a bed it'll be nice, but I doubt I will." They all nodded. "Can I come?" I looked at Carl, then knelt down. "I'd take you anywhere with me Carl, because you're the best back up I could honestly have... But I think you should bond with her." I said, pointed over to the baby's bed. He nodded. "Okay, Kat."

We went through plan and I sighed. "And where is Rick?" Hershel gave me a sad smile. "He found the room... He's been... Figuring things out." I huffed, looking down and shaking my head. "Alright guys... Maggie, Glenn. It's hitting 4 now, so be home by 5:30 or I'll go out looking for y'all, understood?" They both nodded with a smile, and w got sets of supplies each. Maggie and Glenn took a car, since all they were going out for was formula, and I took a truck. "Sure you don't want me to go with you?" Daryl asked. I smiled. "I don't care, Dare." He smirked, then told me to hold on. He came back about 2 minutes later, hopping into the passenger side. I shook my head as I chuckled, driving away.

"You have any ides where we're going?" Daryl asked. I shook my head. "I know a few houses around here. Sal used to be friends with them, and they used to have a bunch of stuff for their grand kids." Daryl nodded. I could feel the curiosity like the wind from him. I looked at him. "Yes?" He sighed. "How did Sal..." "Die?" He slowly nodded. "Well, I'm not too sure on that. When the outbreak took over, I waited a few days, and they just never came home. Finally I knew that they'd listen to that stupid tv. So I went to the highway." Daryl nodded a bit. "When I did those daily runs, at the beginning of our group, I went by places they would go. Never found them." "So kind of like how Rachel's feeling right now, huh?" I looked at him and sighed, nodding. "Yeah, whatever." I mumbled. He smiled. I pulled into a large house, sighing. "Come on."

We walked into the house, finding no walkers. It wasn't too much of a surprise. Their kids were the kind to come and get them, then leave town. I walked up he stairs to where I knew they had a room only dedicated for their grandchildren. "Kinda snobby, don't you think?" I shrugged. "Sal didn't have much money, but his friends usually did." He nodded a bit, admiring all the stuff. I opened the door, walking in to find the same brightly colored room, one part dedicated to their 3 year old grandson, one part dedicated to their 8 year old granddaughter, and finally, the last part dedicated to their unborn granddaughter. I quickly grabbed a bag and started stuffing things like clothes and stuff in it. I grabbed some extra bottles, a few pacifiers that were still all in the package, and some diapers. "These people had it planned..." Daryl mumbled. I nodded. "Babies usually require a lot of stuff." I mumbled. I looked through the cabinets of the bassinet, finding a few stuffed animals to take, a few more diapers, and some clothes. I sighed, looking to Daryl. "We should check their bathroom cabinets. If they have any medicine that's nice, but I know they gave their grand kids vitamins, and they'd probably have some sort of rash cream and stuff for the baby." He raised his eyebrows, but nodded. "Babies have to have cream?" He asked. I chuckle a bit. "Yes. They have to have cream, in case they get a diaper rash." He just shrugged, causing me to laugh a bit. "How would you know?" I smiled at Daryl. "Sal and Marie had grand kids too." He nodded a bit. I opened the cabinets, quickly shoving pretty much everything in. They had allergy pills, Tylenol, Alieve, and both vitamins and the cream. "Let's just look through the house.. Then we'll be done."

"Found food!" Daryl called to me from the kitchen. I laughed a bit as I checked the closets. "I found a new coat for Carl... Along with some flashlights, a half package of batteries, and I'd guess a storm kit..." "Why would you guess a storm kit?" I laughed, "Cause it's in a suitcase with the words 'Storm Kit' written on it." I felt him walk behind me, then set the suitcase down. "Kind of crappy for a rich house." Daryl mumbled. "Wind up radio, useless. First aid kit, take it." He handed it to me. "Water bottles, take it. Food, not much of it but take it. Cell phone, useless. And lastly, bleach..." He gave me a weird look for that one. "Keep it?" I nodded, putting it in the bag along with everything else he told me to keep. "It's hitting 4:45 now, we should go back." Daryl nodded. "Okay, but." I stopped, and he smirked.

I was up against the wall, his lips molding against mine roughly, but nicely at the same time. His hands squeezed my hips and mine entangled themselves with his hair. His kisses moved to my jaw line, then to my neck. "Dare..." I heard myself whimper before I processed it. That seemed to be enough for him as he picked me up off the wall, raping my legs around his waiste. He moved to look my in the eyes, then set me down. "Uh, sorry." He mumbled. I didn't even give myself enough time to process the words before my lips hit his again, and I grabbed him. I slowly walk backwards to one of the bedrooms, then shoved him onto the bed. His eyes were slightly wide, but his teeth sank into his lip when I took off my shirt. I got on top of him, smirking as I leaned down and kissed him softly. "Are you positive you're ready?" He mumbled against my lips, slowly starting to flip us over. "If you're not it's okay." I smiled. "I'm sure."
