After only a week, all things seemed to be back on schedule.

The Lord and his wife stood alongside their daughter, attracting everyone's attention by as she lightly taps a glass cup, "To The King, Queen, and everyone accompanying them. Your support and kindness in the past week mean more to us than you could know. I wish you good fortune and happiness wherever you venture to next. Thank you again from all of Beruna."

"It has been our pleasure, thank you," Lucy spoke delightedly.

"Please Enjoy." The Lady of Beruna requested kindly.

The feast started, along with small talk and all. Peter and I were seated next to the Lord and Lady of Beruna at the head of the table. We listened to the Lord's stories out of courtesy, but I had trouble following along once I looked around the room. Lucky for me the Lord and Lady had to be pulled away for a second and I was able to embellish, the scene around me.

"Peter," I said quietly trying to get his attention from the food he was eating.

I feel the pang of tension between us made me feel like something was off ever since I got back.

"What's wrong?" He asks, wiping his face with a cloth as his eyes darted around the room for trouble.

"Nothing's wrong. The opposite of wrong." I smile.

"What are you talking about, Ash?" he says, narrowing his eyes in confusion.

"Promise me you're not to get all protective brother on him." I pray before Peter lands his eyes on his sister, giggling with Theo at the end of the table.

His eyes go wide looking at this little sister with her rosier than usual cheeks as she laughed next to Theo and his sister. Theo was telling some story with a few of the members of the Anti-hero's but his attention lacked to the group and fell especially on the young queen. Something that may be overlooked if I weren't trained to notice everything and Peter wasn't vigilant with teenage boys around his sister. His mouth drops slightly.

I laugh at his expression, "Stop staring. It's not polite, not to mention incredibly creepy."

"A teenage boy is hitting on my baby sister. What do you suggest I do?" He claims defiantly.
