Ricky: When is the family reunion?
Mother: Not till August.
Ricky: It's gonna be in North Carolina?
Mother: Yes. Greenville NC. Pitt County High School on Saturday, August 15th. The meet and greet will be held at Aunt Bessie's house on Friday, August 14th. She's the one hosting the reunion.
Ricky: Okay.
Mother: Yup. You're going, so I can put your name on the form, and mail it to Aunt Bessie, so she can do the head count.
Ricky: Okay. What kind of food will be there?
Mother: Hush puppies, potato salad, fried chicken, mac and cheese, corn bread, and collard greens. Typical southern food!
Ricky: It figures.
