He sat on his throne looking, at all the people lind up to wish him a happy birthday. To ask if they can do something, have something he was the prince it was his job to do this. Well his father and mother were out, to visit another kingdom.

So how long it's been a few weeks already
" Your majesty what an honor to met you " Said the people who stared at him in Awe
" Yes now what is it? " He asked trying his best to act happy, which wasn't hard he's been this way since he can remember.

Training him to be the best king, the kingdom ever had.
" Well your majesty my farm is running out of supplies " One said
" How much do you need? " He said
" Well I don't know but when I get the full price I'll come to tell you " The other said
He nodded going through the rest, of the line when one person stood out to him.

A women dragging a boy, with her up to the throne.
" Your majesty I'd like to introduce you to my son chuuya " The women said
Chuuya looked at the prince and made eye contact
" And your introducing him why be so rude dragging him over here " He said with a charming smile and believed the women did
" Oh well I was wondering if he may stay with you here I don't have enough room for him at my place there's simply to many people would you be so kind to let him stay a while " The women said

Dazai looked at the women
' and must you never be cold hearted osamu that's what brings your people to dislike you and despise you remember that '
He's mother would tell him, that often why does he keep recalling her words. He wondered he looked back, at the chuuya who was looking around.

" How old are you chuuya? " He asked
Chuuya looked at the prince
" 16 why? " Chuuya asked
The prince smiled
" Just wondering your pretty small for a 16 year old " The prince laughed softly along, with a few others and the women
" Oh shut up I'm not that small! " Chuuya said
looking at the prince, who smiled making chuuya look away.
" Sorry he has anger issues " His mother said
Chuuya looked up and at his mother

He was going to say something, before his mother gave him a look and he immediately looked away. Didn't speak and by that, he knew something was off about this whole situation. Last week this women tried with a young girl
" Ma'am has your daughter come home yet she left earlier this week " The prince said
" I don't have a daughter " The women said

" On sorry my mistake chuuya is accepted to stay for a while now if That'd be it I have things to do " He said and stood up
" On no that's all " She said and left

Chuuya looked up
" Come on chuuya I'll show you your room " The prince said
Chuuya followed him
" So what your name? " Chuuya asked
" I mean no one really knows because your father never said " Chuuya added
" Why do you want to know? " The prince asked
" It's only fair you know my name " Chuuya said
" Dazai, osamu dazai " The prince said
" Why'd you agree you know something is going on " Chuuya said

Dazai turned around and looked at chuuya
" Because I just wanted to hang out with someone my age instead of guards and maids all day " Dazai said
" Understandable " Chuuya said
" Well dazai it's time you do things like an actual teenager " Chuuya said
" What do you me- " Chuuya cut dazai off by grabbing, his hand and running down the hall.
" Oh don't worry you won't die " Chuuya said
Then smiled back at dazai,
And it was like the whole world stopped.

Soon chuuya opened a door and dragged dazai in
" Let's see " Chuuya said looking around until he saw the garden
" Ah yes! " Chuuya said
As he took dazai along, with him and took him out to the garden.
" Let's play tag since it's the only actual fun game all kids could play " Chuuya said
" Tag? " Dazai questioned

Chuuya looked at him
" You touch someone and run from them because their it and they have to try and get you " Chuuya said
" Oh okay " Dazai said
" I'll be it first " Chuuya said
" So you better start running " Chuuya added and, that's what dazai did and soon chuuya ran after him.
" Can't catch me must be your small legs  chuuya " Dazai said looking behind him
Chuuya started running after until he got dazai
" Your it! " Chuuya yelled
as he ran from dazai
The guards and maids smiled to themselves, as they watched the young prince have fun and be a kid for once.

Now they were in the throne room
" Come on dazai " Chuuya said as he kept running
" Don't keep your hopes up chuuya! " Dazai said
Now both were on the floor,
Laughing the few people of the kingdom saw.

Witnessed there prince messing around
" He's not fit to be king " They whispered to themselves
Dazai heard though and got up, and walked to helped chuuya up. They smiled at each other before, dazai grabbed chuuya's hand and took him out of the throne room.
" Chuuya do you know how hard it is to be a prince a king someone of authority? " Dazai asked
" It must be hard hearing what they said but you had fun at least don't let a few stupid people get to you " Chuuya said
Dazai looked at him
" How long are you actually staying here? " Dazai asked

Chuuya sighed
" I'm supposed to let my mother know all the ways in that don't have any guards then she's going to tell an enemy of the kingdom's because the king and queen aren't here they'd have a perfect chance " Chuuya said looking down
" Do you want to do it? " Dazai asked
Chuuya didn't answer he didn't know

He finally had someone he could, maybe call a friend but he couldn't he wasn't.
" Guards arrest chuuya for Trying to give information to the enemy about the Kingdom's know about's " Dazai said
That feeling he haven't felt in years sadness

It's been boredom and hate for years, but sadness came in and took over he looked at chuuya. one last time and smiled
" Thanks for letting me have fun for once chuuya I appreciate it " Dazai said
Chuuya smiled back through the tears
" I'm glad I did something good for once dazai don't always accept things don't always act happy take the mask off once in awhile it'll help " Chuuya said before he was taken to the dungeons

Dazai found his way to his room, and tears fell as soon as he shut the door dropping to the floor.
" Is everyone like that? " Dazai asked himself
And since then he always visited chuuya as they grew up
" Seriously dazai how tall are you going to get? " Chuuya asked through the bars separating them

" How small are you going to stay chibi hmm it's been what 3 no 4 years " Dazai said smiling at chuuya
" I swear dazai " Chuuya said
Dazai put his hand through the bars and held chuuya's face in his hand
" I love you chuuya " Dazai said
Chuuya teared up
" I love you too " Chuuya answered
Maybe if chuuya never let his mother get to him, if he wasn't afraid of what would happen to him.

He wouldn't be here, and him and dazai never met. This painful thing chuuya wasn't allowed, out of this prison well not until dazai was king.
" Just a few more weeks chuuya can you wait just a few more weeks? " Dazai asked
" Mhm " Chuuya answered
And a few weeks came and dazai was named kind
" And as a gift to my son who became king today we'll finally kill the one who would have ended this kingdom if it weren't for my son " Dazai's father said
When dazai looked up he watched, chuuya get hung as a death sentence for betraying the kingdom.

The people of the kingdom didn't care
" Now are kingdom is safe from any harm " Dazai's father spoke
Dazai didn't believe it he didn't want to, and tears filled his eyes but no he had to hold back he couldn't let them see anything but happiness. The people cheered in happiness, that there kingdom was safe not caring about the life that was just taken.

Dazai became someone chuuya wouldn't have wanted, he always remembered chuuya words.
' don't be a heartless person when your king dazai don't let your hate consume you please dazai it's not right '
Chuuya would say
" Your majesty I was wondering if you'd let my son stay a while I don't have the money for us both " A young lady asked

" Don't have the time for a kid to run around if you didn't have the money why have a child " Dazai said
People saw the dullness in his eyes, the eye's of a broken heart did they care not really. They were just pleased, by having a safe home. The women left with her son, and dazai stood up and went to the garden.

Stood in front of chuuya's grave stone
" I'm sorry chuuya I can't do it " Dazai said
As tears fell And as if chuuya was hugging him, dazai felt it he knew what chuuya's touch was like. Yet chuuya wasn't here and more tears fell
