Dazai hung around chuuya more and more
" Chuuya did you really throw my book outside the class window? " Asked a girl with long brown hair
Chuuya looked at her
" ... I-... " Before chuuya could even say anything
" He's been with me all day but I might know who did it " dazai said
Chuuya and the girl both looked at dazai, who was holding video evidence that it wasn't chuuya.

" Oh thank you sorry chuuya I was told it was you who did it my apologies really " The girls said
And smiled sweetly
Chuuya just past it over he didn't care
" No problem " Chuuya said
The girl moved closer to chuuya.

" How about we go out for tea as an apologie? " She asked
Her voice went from soft to somewhat lewd
But chuuya didn't realize that
" Uh-.... Why? " Chuuya asked
" For an apologize I know how people are with you everyone does in second year " She said
Chuuya looked away
" I'm going to pass " Chuuya said
" Why? " She asked
" He said he's going to pass get the note he doesn't want to go " Dazai said

And walked off.

Chuuya sighed and was so close to slamming, his head on his locker before dazai moved in front of him making chuuya hit his head on dazai's chest.
" I fucking hate this school " Chuuya said
Dazai looked down at chuuya who looked up at him
" Your not trying to get me into trouble right? " Chuuya asked
Dazai's eyes went soft
" Of course not " Dazai said
Dazai smiled at chuuya, chuuya stepped back
" No more trying to slam your head against the locker " Dazai said

" Shit we have class! " Chuuya said

" Why are you instantly blaming a student without any soiled proof that it was that student? " Dazai asked
The teacher looked at dazai
" He's always talking in class " Was the teachers response

" But that doesn't mean he was talking this time " Dazai said
Chuuya stayed quiet, watching and listening.
" It's not very nice now is it? " Dazai asked
" Stay out of it dazai " The teacher said
Dazai faked hurt on his face
" How cruel and to think teachers actually cared for students what a bunch of bullshit " Dazai said
" Language " The teachers said

Dazai stood up and walked to the front of the classroom
" Are you aware of the class of second years your teaching? " Dazai asked
The teacher looked confused
The class got tense
" Do you? " Dazai asked
His voice was dark
" Dazai in your seat " The teacher said
Everyone watched dazai

Dazai sighed and sat back down, after class dazai was pulled aside.
" What the hell do you think your doing? " Tachihara asked
Dazai smiled
" I have no idea what your talking about " Dazai said
" really what's your problem with that " Tachihara said
Dazai's eyes went dark
" What are you trying to hold against chuuya huh? " Dazai asked
Leaning down towards Tachihara
" Maybe if you speak up I'll be able to hear you " Dazai said lowly
" What? " Tachihara asked
Dazai pinned tachihara to the wall
" Stop this or your going to regret it and trust me I won't be merciful " Dazai said
His voice was dark

Tachihara's eyes widened, Dazai moved back the moment chuuya left the classroom.
" Chuu I was waiting for you " Dazai said
His voice back to normal chuuya looked at tachihara
" Nice " Chuuya said
And looked back at dazai,
Dazai put his arm over chuuya's shoulder and they started walking away.

Curiously chuuya asked
" Why we're you taking to tachihara? " Chuuya asked
Looking over at dazai
" No reason he happened to be there well I was waiting for you " Dazai said
Chuuya looked down
" Okay " Chuuya said
They walked up to the roof

chuuya looked over the edge he'd seemed to be doing that a lot
" You wanna know what people would use to hold against me? " Chuuya asked
And turned over to dazai
" What is it? " Dazai asked
Chuuya stepped back somemore dazai stood up going over to chuuya.
" Because last year I made the great division of getting drunk..... To be fair wine taste so much better then any other dink " Chuuya said and laughed softly
" Your getting off topic " Dazai said
" Nothing they have absolutely nothing to hold against me what their going to do is use what they regret or do and make it seem like I did it " Chuuya said
And smiled

It was soft and gentle
" Let me go dazai " Chuuya said
Dazai didn't listen he pulled chuuya closer to him
" Don't lie chuuya " Dazai said
" They hurt you really badly last year didn't they? " Dazai asked
Chuuya's breathe hitched, chuuya nodded dazai hugged chuuya and hummed softly.

Dazai made chuuya look at him
" It's okay chuuya they can't hurt you " Dazai said
Chuuya smiled even though, his eyes burned with tears chuuya pulled away from dazai.

" Class is starting come on " Chuuya said
And walked past dazai but dazai, didn't come to class nor did tachihara the next day.

The class was informed tachihara was in the hospital
" I heard most if his friends we're suspended from school " Atsushi said
Looking at chuuya who was sitting, at the lunch table they sat at dazai wasn't at school either.

Which made chuuya full of worry
" What do you think happened atsushi? " Chuuya asked
" I don't know " Atsushi said
Akutagawa sat up from the table
" I heard dazai and tachihara got into a fight and tachihara ended up in the hospital " Akutagawa said
Chuuya looked at him
" Wait really? " Chuuya asked
Akutagawa nodded

Looking at chuuya
" I also heard that dazai threatened tachihara that if he didn't stop with that whole thing with you dazai would make him regret it " Akutagawa said
Atsushi stood up
" Well tell us if you get any notice on dazai " Atsushi said
Chuuya nodded

He let his head fall into his arms that crossed on the table
" You seem down what's wrong chibi? " Dazai asked
Chuuya looked up
" Your here! " Chuuya said
Dazai smiled
" Of course I am " Dazai said
Dazai smiles at chuuya
" What did you miss me? " Dazai asked
Chuuya looked down
" Maybe " Was all chuuya answered
Later chuuya would find out what akutagawa said was true

Later chuuya would find out dazai, was hunting everyone and anyone who would try to get him in trouble.

" Chuuya are you okay? " Dazai asked
Chuuya looked at dazai
" Yeah just.....it's nothing " Chuuya said
And laid his head on dazai's shoulder
" Why'd you do it? " Chuuya asked
" Because your my friend " Dazai said
Chuuya smiled
" You're an idiot " Chuuya said
" Only for you " Dazai said back
With a soft smile

The whole thing stopped, chuuya was never blamed again. Anyone that tried to would, center face to face with dazai and certainly regret it.
