" Come on dazai! " Chuuya yelled

" You made a promise since you missed last time " Chuuya says

" I'm sorry maybe next time okay I promise we'll go and see the lights next time " Dazai said
" But it only happens every 3 months and I don't wanna wait! " Chuuya shouts
Dazai smiled at him and played with chuuya's hair

Then let's go of dazai's arm and sighs In defeat, chuuya looks at dazai he was about you say something. Yet dazai turned and went back into the bedroom, shutting the door chuuya looked down how long has this been going on.

He loved chuuya he loved chuuya, a lot no matter how many times he broke his promise chuuya always forgave him. So this time he wanted to keep his promise, the lights were something chuuya loved to see when the sky would fill with all these beautiful colors. It only happened every 3 months, chuuya loved seeing how the stars would reflect the color.
" Chuuya you didn't have to " Dazai said
As they made their way to the dinning room

" I wanted to " Chuuya says
Dazai and chuuya said their thanks then started eating
" Hey dazai " Chuuya says

" Yeah? " Dazai asked

" I'm sorry about the whole lights thing I know your always busy with work and your tired..... " Chuuya says

Chuuya was caring and he loved dazai, so he would hold off his wishes if it meant keeping dazai happy. Dazai would do the same would he,
Chuuya smiled at dazai and dazai loved nothing more but to see chuuya smile. It was rare but not uncommon
" Oh I forgot you got a letter in the mail today " Chuuya said
Then got up and handed dazai the letter and sat back down dazai, opened the letter.

It's been some time may I say I'll be back in Japan in 3 months of course I would call but service is terrible here and I can't anyway I'd just like to let you know if your not busy we should met up and have lunch together

" An old friend he's coming back to Japan soon " Dazai said
" Oh well you'll be able to see him again " Chuuya said

3 months roll around and fyodor and dazai met up for lunch
" I heard you got a new job " Fyodor said Grinning at dazai who rolled his eyes
" So what about it? " Dazai asked

" Do you actually like it or are you just bored? " Fyodor asked

Dazai left atsushi on opened, and went back to having lunch with Fyodor. Soon the one hour lunch turned into 2, and the 2 hour lunch turned to them getting drinks. It's been some time chuuya, was waiting for dazai at the lake where the lights are most beautiful. He waited and waited, and soon it was all over chuuya sighed and got up. Started walking home once, he got home dazai was nowhere to be seen so he waited again.

Soon past midnight dazai came back semi-drunk, Chuuya watched as dazai entered the house.
" Come on chuuya the lights " Dazai said
Looking at chuuya, and chuuya looked away
" The lights ended 6 hours ago " Chuuya said
Dazai looked at the time 2:56am then looked back at chuuya and sighed
" I'm sorry chuuya I really am I forgot and was hanging out with an old friend please forgive me " Dazai said

" It's okay " Chuuya says
" Next time I promise " Dazai said
But next time never came around

Dazai never kept his promise
" Chuuya please I'm sorry " Dazai said

" Your a liar! " Chuuya shouts

" YOUR A LAYING BASTARD! " Chuuya yells

" Of course I am Chuuya you actually think I fucking care about you! " Dazai shouts back in anger
Then he looks at chuuya, he sees the hurt in chuuya's eyes.

" fuck you dazai! " Chuuya says as he slams the door, to their bedroom shut Dazai bangs on the door.
" Chuuya I'm sorry please I didn't mean it " Dazai said
" GO AWAY " chuuya yells
" Chuuya open the door " Dazai says
Chuuya doesn't what he does instead is go into their bathroom, connected into the room and looks for a razor he finds one. Starts cutting his wrists, his pain flowing down his face and his blood flowing down his arm. He just wants to feel pain at this point, Chuuya doesn't stop the bedroom door slams open dazai looks at seen the bathroom lights on.

Chuuya just wanted to get use to the pain, and maybe it wouldn't hurt anymore. Dazai rans into the bathroom, and sees a sight he never wanted to see.
Chuuya on the floor crying with his wrists cut up, and it was all because of him dazai it was his fault he was hurting chuuya.
" Go away! " Chuuya shouted his voice was quite choking on snobs, as he tried holding back his tears but he couldn't. Dazai hated himself, he's nothing but a lair and a bastard. He let his anger and frustration from work, and let it out on chuuya dazai didn't listen he sat next to chuuya and pulled him into a hug.

" I'm sorry I really am I know I'm nothing but a lying bastard I didn't mean what I said and I shouldn't have let my anger out on you and I should have just kept my promise " Dazai said
Chuuya just hid his face in dazai neck, tears hitting dazai's shirt chuuya gripped onto dazai's shirt and dazai knew why. Chuuya's arms were burning like fire, he reaches and grabbed a towel and the rubbing alcohol.
" Just bite me if it hurts " Dazai said
Chuuya nodded
Dazai took chuuya's right arm, and poured the rubbing alcohol onto the towel. Started cleaning chuuya's cuts, and chuuya bit dazai's neck and shut his eyes tightly his cuts were deep and it hurt more. Dazai bit on his lip so he can hold in the pain, from chuuya biting him but he doesn't care because in all he thinks he deserves it.

He then did chuuya's left arm, he wrapped chuuya's arms up and made chuuya look at him.
" I'm sorry chuuya " Dazai said
Chuuya looked down
" Promise? " Chuuya asked
Dazai smiled and stood up and helped chuuya up
" Promise " Dazai said
Grabbed chuuya's arm carefully, and took him to the lake where the lights filled the sky he sat down. Had chuuya sit in front of him, chuuya laid his head on dazai's chest.
" I see why you wanted to make me see them so bad " Dazai said

" Because the lights started filling the sky when you met me " Dazai added
" Your not really here " Dazai says
Holds chuuya tighter
" You are just here to help me get past my last promise to you " Dazai said
As tears filled his eyes
" You died here and it was all because I couldn't keep my promise and I made the same mistake even after " Dazai was braking down
Chuuya's warms body was gone now
" I promised " Dazai says softly and watches the lights until they fade away
