Hi, guys! Beforehand, I just wanna say thank you over and over again for giving a tried this piece of fiction! This story is a very long journey for an rookie writer like me. I've learnt so many lessons, hardship and as well as to be happy seeing readers to read my piece of fiction.
This, my debut story, is near to its end. After you read this chapter, I really hope that I will be receiving a feedback to you guys. This chapter is somehow a turning point. Not the spoil you guys but to spare your emotion to this.

Chapter 40: The Socialite's party.
It was still dark when my family arrived in a small island of Palawan. The moment I step out in the private plane, a line of servant is now to be seen.
Bahagya akong nagulat sa nakita. They weren't a normal servant dressed with a servant clothes. Put perhaps, all of them wore a stewardess outfit!
"Kendra?" Dad's confused voice made me look at him.
Nasa hamba pa rin ako ng pinto ng eroplano. Shocked by the sudden view.
"What's wrong, Kendra?" Tanong niya. Lumapit na sa akin si Dad.
Tipid akong ngumiti. "I was... shocked, dad. Ba't kailangang pang may ganitong esksena? I mean. It's just a normal arrival yet it this looks like... some royalty grand welcome."
Dad chuckled. Kahit nasa mid-forties na si Dad, lutang pa rin ang kagwapuhan niya. His dark, brown eyes is quite intimidating. Dagdagan ang ilang balbas at ang makapal niyang kilay na parating magkasalubong. Jacob Del Vega is really a person you won't wish to mess up.
"This is our life, Kendra. Dapat masanay ka na. After all this years, I failed to let you experience this. I'm sorry for being to far away with you, my daughter. I know you are longing to have a father. Now I'm here. I will do everything for you, anak."
Uminit ang puso ko sa sinabi ni Dad. It feels heaven and earth to finally fulfilled your dream. Now that I found my real father, maybe I deserve a small amount of happiness right?
When sunrise happen, sabay kami nina Dad, Tita Diana, Julia at Dylan na nagbreakfast. The start of this set up is quite awkward. Tanging mga servants ang abala sa paglalagay ng mga pagkain sa squared table kung nasaan kami. Mas lalo lang naging awkward at tensyunado ng magsalita si Tita Diana.
The food is good and luxurious... oh well, ano pa bang i - e -expect kung isa kang myembro ng Del Vega family. I bet even a simple sunny side up eggs is definitely a high class!
"So... Dylan, how's everything on your career? I heard you've been link again with a model. An international model," si Tita Diana. Tumigil siya sa kanakain at buong atensyong bumaling kay Dylan. "Are you dating that Montebello lady?"
Montebello. Was that Ashley? Pero sinabi na sa akin ni Ashley na wala siyang balak patulan ang lunatic daw na si Dylan. At wala namang signs or warnings na nag - da - date nga sila.
Nagpatuloy ako sa kinakain habang nag - iisip. I sliced a small portion of steak and chew it on my mouth.
Maybe the Montebello I've seen with him in that restaurant? Sino nga 'yun... Irina. Ah! Irina Montebello!
