THE CONFRONTATION PART TWO

LUNAS POV

When Elena started to cry I turned and gave her the pacifier so she would calm down at the same time I mind linked Alex so he could come and get the them back to my room, when I turned back to see Midnight I knew he had gotten a hold of their scent and was able to tell that the pups were his. I got in front of the pups so he couldn't fully see them and get full confirmation of what he already knew to be true, when Alex said he was near I got up and as soon as he made an effort to get near Elena and Marcos Midnight let out a growl which let me know he already knew what Gaby and I had tried to hard to hid.

"Get away from the pup Alex" Midnight said
"Alex get Elena and Marcos and take them to Selena and tell her that Midnight knows the truth, to stay with them until I go up there" I said
"If you touch them, I will not hesitate to attack" Midnight said
"For you to do that you will have to go through me Alpha" I said
"So now I'm alpha not Midnight" Midnight said
"When your threading the person who had kept Gaby safe during her pregnancy and then kept a watchful eye on the pups since they were born then yes" I said
"So Elena and Marcos are our pups" he asked
"Yes, now if you want to continue talking we will but the pup will go up stairs to Selena so she can feed them their bottle and change them before they take a nap" I said
"Fine" I said

I turn to look at Alex and nodded my head giving him the go ahead, he walked closer keeping a watchful eye on Midnight, once he had both Elena and Marcos in his arms he bowed his head to me before walking back into the house. I let Midnight calm down a little before I spoke, i didn't want to argue with him besides I knew that Fabian had come close to servicing when Midnight growled at Alex.

"Lets go to the office" I said
"Fine" Midnight said

I knew he was still angry but that didn't stop him from following me up to the second floor and into the office, I mind linked Alex and told him that I was in the office with the Alpha and that I didn't want anyone to bother us.

"Now what does he want to know" I asked
"What do you mean" he asked
"I mean what does Fabian want to know, I know he has been listening and seeing everything from the very first moment we started to talk" I said
"How did you know" he asked
"I am not stupid Midnight, he tried to take over when you growled at Alex and then when I said that he was the one that was protecting Gaby when she was pregnant" I said
"Please don't be mad Luna, we just wanted to know the truth" he said
"Let me talk to him" I said
"But Luna" he said
"Now" I said

He closed his eyes and when he opened them again I knew I was in front of Fabian, he stood where he was not saying anything just looking at me trying to decide what question he was going to ask first.

"Gaby doesn't know that both you and Midnight know the truth about the pups and I would like to keep it that way, she really doesn't want either of you around them because of the rejection even though it's not valid" I said
"You know it's not valid" Fabian asked
"Yes I know it's not valid since you didn't use her full name but she doesn't know that, I don't want to put more stress then she already has since she found out she was pregnant to the moment that she found out that another alpha wanted to use the pups against her. I will try to get her to at least let you near them but don't try to touch them, you can talk to them but not like you know they are yours give me time to get her to understand everything and why it's better if you and her stay together and both protect the pups as one person and not as two individuals" I said
"Why are you doing this" Fabian asked
"Because the pups need their father as much as they need their mother, when ever you want to hold them or talk to them as your own kids let Midnight know so he can get a hold of me and I will get Gaby to feel like she took a nap with the pups so you can spent some time with them" I said

With that said we both walked out of the office and up to Gabys room where Selena and Fabian's mother were with the pups asleep, I asked them to place them on the bed and I was going to lay down next to them with my hand stretched out holding both of them before allowing Gaby to take over since I made her believe she fell asleep with them. Everyonenagreed and they thought it would be better to put Elena and Marcos in their crib and make her believe that they were brought up here after they fell asleep, which I figured was a better choice and we did exactly that.
