Chapter 6

Alexa's POV

I got on my car and headed to my home. Because I really wanted to tell my mom and dad about my movie as soon as possible.

I parked my car quickly and ran into the living room.

"Mom, Dad! I have big news!!" I called out.

Mom and Dad came into the living room.

"What is it Alexa? You seem so happy." Dad said.

"I'll be on a movie!!" I jumped up.

They looked at each other then looked at me.

"Congrats!! I'm proud of you." Mom said.

"Thank you! The director is Ben Winston and It will take 2 months for filming!!"

"That's great love" Mom said.

"Yea! And we will take the movie in New York!" I called out.

"New York? That's your favourite place isn't it?" Dad smiled.

"Yea I can't wait!" I jumped up again.

I was SO happy.

I went to my room and laid on my bed. I felt like I had everything I wanted.

I took my phone from my bag and dialled my child friend Katy. She is one my best friends. We often hang out. She lives near my house and we went to same school. I'm 17 now but I don't go to school because I'm busy for my job.

*Calling*

"Hey Katy!" I called out over the phone.

"Hi Alexa what's up?" said Katy.

"Actually I'll be on a movie!!"

I kept talking her about the movie. She was really happy for me. But she also said she is gonna miss me because we won't be able to see for 2 months.

Next person I wanted to tell about this is Harry so I called him.

*Calling*

"Hello?" He answered.

Harry's POV

*RING RING*

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hi Harry!" It was Alexa. She sounded so happy.

"You sound very happy. What happened?"

"Actually I- oh first let me be sorry because I left you after lunch...I'm sorry Harry"

"It's okay. So...?"

"I'll be on a movie!!"

I could see her face smiling over the phone. I was happy for her.

"That's so cool Alexa!" I smiled.

"Yeah it is! It will take 2 months for filming and take in my favourite place...New York!"

Oh wait....2 MONTHS!? IN NEW YORK!?

It means we can't see each other for 2 months!?
