Part 17

Soon Taylor and Mina also bid their goodbyes.

Chaeyoung took a deep breath before she force a smile in her lips.

"Let's go. It's getting late." she took her phone and called the driver to pick them up.

She walked ahead trying to suppress the pain inside her chest.

The trip back home was again filled with silence.

When they arrived at their destination she hurriedly went out of the car and rushed towards her room.

Briefly, she heard a soft knock on her door.

She sat up from her bed.

"Come in."

Jisoo and Jennie went inside and sat beside her.

"This scene looked familiar."  she tried to laugh it off.

"Chaeng...." Jennie took her hand.

She cleared her throat. "Unnie... I'm alright."

"You're still in love with her," Jisoo said it for her.

"What's the point?" she stood up and walked towards the balcony.

"Chaeng-ah... shouldn't you fight for the one you love?" Jisoo stood beside her. 

"She's still with Mina."

"How can you be sure?" said Jennie.

"Because---- she was there!"

"Yes, but Lisa left without her," Jisoo replied.

"Didn't you just saw the look Lisa gave me? She hates me so much. Hell, I still haven't forgiven myself for what I've done to her."

"You honestly didn't see it?" Jisoo asked.

"See what?"

"You didn't see how obviously she's still in love with you?"

"Don't be ridiculous."

"She asked me, no, begged me to stay! And what did I do? I fucking pushed her away."

"I just think you should tell her how you feel. You had your reasons." Jennie shrugged her shoulder.

"She's with Mina now."

"Just think about it okay?" Jisoo said.

Both of then left her room after they said goodnights.

She decided to take a quick shower. She put on her pajamas after and laid down on her bed.

Lisa's image appeared in her head. 

She grew more beautiful. 

She looks so different now. Her hair was shorter but it fits her so well. 

She also has bangs now which made her look more mature, looking sharper and intimidating, She just couldn't help but stare at her.

But what she misses the most... it was when Lisa for a moment looked at Jisoo so softly, it was the same way she used to look at her, like she was afraid that she'll break. 

The girl took care of her, made her feel special. 

Her bright eyes, the way she smiled at her, just looking at the Lisa already made her feel all warm inside.

She's all that she wants. How the hell will she make things right?
