Sage POV
One year after the *ahem* incident in the underground, Shiganahina (sorry about spelling) fell. I was there. I remember looking around and seeing everyone run away. So I did what any hungry, malnourished, 10 year old with ODM gear would do. I stole as much shit as a could and kicked some titan ass. But there were a lot of them coming in. The big ugly colossal hadn't even left yet. But just like before the titans all walked right past me, even as I killed them. I stood on too if one to look around and saw the armored. It stared right back at me like it has seen a ghost. I didn't have the time to worry about so just kept doing my thing. Until I saw the scouts show up.
I slipped into a broken house and watched carefully. It had been a whole year and Levi hadn't contacted me at all. Then I heard it,
"Captain Levi what are your orders?"
Captain. Levi had citizenship now for certain. He could go wherever he pleased. And yet he didn't. He chose to keep living the high life and to forget me. After that I fell back into a deep depression. And then it was my turn, 6 years after Levi, to be recruited for the scouts. By force.
It took 6 of them to take me down. If it had been the other 5 I would have made it. But Levi, after all that shit about being there for each other, he struck me down. He tour one of my wings clean in half. We both knew it would heal, but I got the message loud and clear.
I had been backstabbed.
The last words I got out before the dragged me away
"See you in hell Levi."
