NICK P.O.V.: Demi's birthday arrived three days after we finished touring and of course, even tho Demi planned her birthday, I wanted to do something special for her. So while she was greeting everyone, I walked to my brothers.
Nick: guys, do you think she'd like me talking on the mic to her? (They laughed)
Frankie: Nick, come on, we're talking about Demi...she'd like you anyways and doing anything (I smiled)
I waited until everyone was having fun and interrupted the music grabbing my phone, getting the looks from everyone instantly.
Nick: hello everyone, I hope y'all are having a good time celebrating our girl tonight (she smiled big at me and some people cheered for her) and umm, in her honour...I wanna say some words to her...it's not big deal, just what comes out of my mind today (they laughed) here I go...
I sighed locking eyes with Demi before closing my eyes briefly getting ready to talk my deepest feelings.
Nick: well I think it's no secret that I've been in your life during the past 14 years almost constantly. It still leaves me shocked to think in everything you've been through and all the things you've conquered. I know it was never easy for you to stay but since it's your birthday, I don't think I'll find any better moment to tell you that...I really thank God everyday that you're still with us...with me. (She smiled slightly). I mean, obviously we can all agree that you're one of the best souls of the world but, over the last few months, my thoughts about you has changed a lot! Really (everyone laughed and I smiled). Demi, you are someone that never hesitates when it comes to help someone, someone that puts her very soul in every little thing that you do. And of course, I could say that I admire you for your voice, or how you use your platform to help people, or how kind you are but...the reality is that I admire and love you because you've always made me and I think everyone here too, feel loved and precious. You're the girl I've always dreamt about, the best friend we all wanted...I'm sorry guys, but I got her (we laughed) I can't wait to see you conquer the whole world and I wanna be on your side while doing it. I love you baby, I hope this is your best birthday yet, happy birthday sweetheart (everyone clapped and she walked to hug me tightly before placing her lips on mine tenderly)
Demi: I love you too Nick, you're by far the best thing I've ever had in my life (I smiled to her and kissed her forehead)
