Nick: if I get there alive (she chuckled and I tightened the grip around her hand as I feared falling cause I was blinded with a headscarf)

Nick: I don't trust your clumsiness Dem
Demi: shut up, we're almost there
Nick: thanks God
Demi: here we are, you can take that off (I did and smiled as I saw the cabin in front of me)

Nick: wow
Demi: it's not too fancy but umm, I think is what we need...some time to relax and be together (she said shrugging and I smiled before kissing her head)
Nick: I love it babe, it's everything I need if you're here with me
Demi: let's go in, it's cold outside (we walked into the house with our suitcases and I smiled when I saw how cute and warm the place was)
Demi: I'll take a quick shower to warm my body, be right back
Nick: alright
I sat on the couch in the living room and looked through the window as the morning started to turn even colder. My birthday would be the next day and we'd be there four days together, alone, far from everyone. I got lost in my thoughts until I felt Demi's arms wrapping around my neck from beside me.
Demi: I'm back love
Nick: do I get to take a shower too? We can do anything after I finish
Demi: okay (I nodded and smiled her before pecking her lips)
I took a warm shower, changed my clothes and walked to the bed where Demi was sitting with her eyes closed.
Nick: everything alright?
Demi: yep, I was just breathing, it's part of my therapy exercises
Nick: that's cool babe
Demi: I hope we have a warmer day tomorrow
Nick: me too, I like it like this tho
Demi: I know, but I have special plans for you tomorrow
Nick: you do?
Demi: yes...and I just really hope you like them
Nick: I will (I pecked her lips and she wrapped her arms around my neck sticking her forehead to mine)
Demi: I love you Nick, and maybe we say it often but...I just want you to know that I'm deeply in love with you, and every day that passes by...I love you more and you captivate me even more than the day before
Nick: hey, it's not my birthday yet (I joked and kissed the tip of her nose softly) I love you too, and I would say a lot more of things right now...but
Demi: but? (She asked confused)
Nick: but we should go work some food for our lunch, shouldn't we?
Demi: mmm okay, you'll do it cause I suck at it
Nick: guess who else sucks at it? (She chuckled)
Demi: well, we're gonna have to practice then
Nick: you can bet we're gonna have to do it, love (I said with a foolish smile in my face)
Demi: yup
We did a lot of things the first day, we ate delicious food, read some books together, cuddled most the afternoon while doing deep talk and went to bed together a little after midnight.
