"your snore is too loud even the elites from tokyo can hear it." kei whispers on my ear, making me smack him on the head.

"i'm tired, kei." i whine, yawning.

"your fault for not getting any sleep."

"is it my fault that my insomnia kicked in?"

from that situation, kei and i started arguing.

"that's enough, you guys. stop fighting." yamaguchi butts in, separating kei and i.

"it's just a friendly fight, yamaguchi." kei sighs, ruffling his own hair.

yamaguchi shrugged it off and started practicing his serve. he sure is getting better and better day by day.

"tsukishina! jump some blocks for us!" hinata yells out of the blue, making me giggle.

"donmt order me around, shrimp." kei clicks his tounge, diverting his attention to me.

"go on." i smile, pushing him towards the group.

i sat on the floor beside yachi as we watch the match. they sure are strong.

"so, are you and kageyama-kun okay?" yachi asks, looking over to me.

"don't know how to answer that." i sigh, closing my eyes as i go onto tuck sit position, resting my arms on my knees.

"let me guess, the reason you didn't sleep is because of him, correct?" she asks, making me smile and nod.

when i was about to reply, i heard a familiar voice call over my side, making me look at him and to my surprise, it was kageyama.

"you're benched?" i ask, standing up.

"obviously, idiot. they're practicing more with suga-san as the setter for now." he replies.

"i have eyes, kageyama. no need to explain that." i smile towards him.

"let's talk."

his words made me remain silent. i still don't think it's the right time for us to talk after what happened.

though we both are at fault, i still don't know if i can face him by this time. it's pretty awkward for me.

"no." i answer, turning my back on him.

"please, reo." i hear him say, but i kept silent.

"reo, i'm begging you."

"please."

he kept on begging about it, yet stopped once and for all, making me sigh in relief.

"eh?" i mutter under my breath as i felt someone wrap their arms around my waist, widening my eyes as i felt the person lift me up with my face facing his back and my feet on his torso.

"l-let me go, dumbass!" i yell towards him, punching his back with my free fists as he starts to walk away from the gymnasium.

"good luck, kageyama! remember to use protection!" i hear nishinoya-san yell all of a sudden, making me blush as red as a tomato.

"what the hell, kageyama? put me down right now." i command, but he still kept on walking, making me sigh and leave him be.

"it sounds wrong when you say it." he says, making me furrow my eyebrows.

"what?"

"my last name."

i remained silent because of his answer. well, i did notice that i've been calling him kageyama instead of tobio-kun nowadays. don't know why, though.

"let's talk." he says once again, sighing deeply.

"okay fine, but first, put me down. we're not gonna talk in this kind of situation." i roll my eyes, pouting as he puts me down.

"spill." i blurt out, crossing my arms on my chest.

"i just want to say a few words and i hope you'll get what it means differently." he coughs, clearing his throat as he stared right at my eyes, making me swallow my own saliva because of nervousness.

the tension between us rose up when he held me on my arms, his face coming closer to mine until i felt his soft lips brush over my own.

"call me tobio again."
