"the view sure is beautiful up here." i smile, looking over the night sky filled with stars from a hill tobi had told me about.

"yeah, very beautiful." tobi says in a smooth tone as i felt a strange presence beside me, making me divert my eyes towards tobi, only noticing that he was staring at me.

"you weren't staring at the stars, were you?" i ask with my left eyebrow raised, only earning a soft chuckle from him.

"sure, the stars look pretty, but you're beautiful than them. you're a star that shines brighter than the others." he replies with the smile he usually shows.

tobi learned how to smile in a proper and sweet way and it's heartwarming. unlike when we were still first years, when he used to smile like a psycho, he smiles so wide this year to the point the smile reaches his ears.

i felt blood rush towards my face, making me cover it as soon as possible, not wanting tobi to see it, yet he held my hands tightly yet gently, removing my hands away from my face.

"i mean it. don't be shy." he says, smiling before planting a soft peck on my lips.

"remember those times when you were so clingy to me that you even followed me on my way back home like a stalker?" he suddenly asks, making me smack the back of his head because of annoyance.

"come again?" i ask with a deadly smile plastered on my face.

"alrighr, i'm not gonna recall about those. i just wanna say that i'm glad you are a part of my terrible childhood." he replies, bringing my hand up to his lips, kissing it.

"and i'm glad that i'm a part of your present." i say.

"and i'm glad that you'll be a part of my future."

"together, 'til the end?" he asks, making me smile and ruffle his hair with my free hand.

"together, 'til the end."
