Continuing from previous part

Night finally ended and Sanskar breath out a sigh of relief cause whole night he kept thinking about Ragini. Not in any bad or sexual manner but he kept thinking what Ragini and her parents do after he tell them his decision? The way they are treating him like he is some sort of superior guy . These people are so simple and innocent and what he'll tell them will surely change their lives , is he doing right thing ? Should think about this one more time?

He look at ragini who is sleeping on khaat peacefully , her face has so much innocence and the way she's obeying her parents saying making him worried about her future.
But —but he can't force himself on her life that's also not good thing and maybe he is thinking too much maybe kaka kaki won't impose any random guy on her and maybe leave this village to live a better life with the money he'll give and will giving in future too .,

His thinking all this when he heard knocks on door by that sound Ragini too woke up and sat up straight on khaat adjusting her chunni over her body , Sanskar open door and comes in kusum Birju .

Kusum look at ragini who get up from khaat and rush to make tea breakfast for everyone, kusum smile slowly thinking sanskar must be impressed with ragini.
Birju sat on floor telling sanskar " woh jamai babu gaaon mein kal raat kirtan tha toh hum chale gaye the umeed hai ragini ne thik se seva ki hogi aapki( actually jamai babu there was a devotional event in village last night so we went in it hope in our absence ragini take proper care of you)" .

Sanskar nodded and ragini bring tea breakfast for all , seeing her he can't stay quiet and take deep breath saying " kaka kaki aap logo ne mera jo aadar satkaar kiya uske liya main aapka bohut aabhari hoon( uncle aunty the respect and treatment you gave me in this house I'm very thankful for it)" .

Kusum say " isme aabhar kaisa jamai babu yeh toh aapka adhikar hai( what's there to be thankful jamai babu it's your right in this house as our son-in-law)" .

Sanskar with serious face say " nahi mera koi adhikar nahi . Kaka kaki main yanha aaya hoon taaki aapko bata sakun ki main ragini se shaadi ko nahi manta aur na hi usse apni patni ke roop mein dekhna chahta hoon( no I have no right in this house. Uncle aunty I came here to say that I won't accept my and ragini's marriage and I don't want to see Ragini as my wife)" .

This come as a big shock for three of them .
Birju stood up in shock and kusum with mouth open and eyes filled with tears look at sanskar.
Ragini shiver in shock and her tears won't stop rolling down from her eyes , he is rejecting her but why ? she didn't do anything wrong last night she just slept by mistake and on this small thing he is rejecting her ! or is he rejecting her for the thing he saw yesterday when those three attacked her ? is she become dirty for him ??

Birju join his hands in front of Sanskar and say in crying broken voice " yeh kaa kah rahe hai jamai babu aap aiisa julam mat kijiye , saara gaoon saari biraadari janti hai ki ragini ka byaah bachpan mein ho chuka hai aur aap humari betiya ko kyun thukra rahe hai ?( what are you saying jamai babu please don't do this injustice with us , whole village our society knows that Ragini got married in childhood and why you are rejecting our daughter?)"

Sanskar feel really bad for three of them but he is defeated in front of his dreams and the idea of making ragini's life better. He hold Birju folded joint hands putting them down and about to say something when kusum fell on his feet saying with tears raining out of her eyes
Kusum " jamai babu aiisa mat kijye agar ragini se koi bhul huyi ho tho usko chamaa kar de jiye abhi nadaan hai na par chita mat kijye sab seekh jaygi aap mukka tho dijye usse. Aye ragini aa kar maafi maang jamai babu se( jamai babu please don't do this if ragini done anything wrong than plz forgive her , she's still little bit childish but you don't worry she won't repeat her mistake in future plz give her a chance. Ragini come and apologies to jamai babu)" .

Ragini as innocent as child fell on Sanskar feet asking " hume maaf kar dijye chaahe tho saaja bhi de dijyega par humko maaf kar dijye( forgive me if you want then punish me too but plz forgive me)" .

Sanskar taken his step back so that both of them leave his feet and he held kusum up than help Ragini to stood up say " aap log ye sab mat kijye aap mein se kisi ki koi galti nahi hai . Kasoor mera hai main pehle se nahi janta tha ki ragini meri biwi hai lekin main yeh sab Ragini ki bhi bhalai ke liye bhi kar raha hoon , main pura jeevan ragini ki har tarha se maddad karunga paise , ghar , ek dost ban kar aur aapka ek bete ki tarha saath dunga magar main ragini ko apni biwi nahi bana sakta. Yeh Ragini ke liye bhi sahi hai ab wo jisse pasand karegy usse shaadi kar sakegi( plz plz don't touch my feet and made me feel more low it's none of your fault. It's my mistake I don't know it from past that Ragini is my legal wife but I'm doing this for ragini's betterment, I'll support Ragini my whole life I'll help her with money, secure home , as a friend and for you as a son but I can't accept ragini as my wife . This is right for Ragini too now she can marry the person she lo likes)" .

Birju with helpless voice say " wah babu wah ek taraph toh humri betiya ko thukrate ho aur kahte ho ke yeh kisi aur se byaah kar le ! Arre kon karega iss abhagan se byaah jiska mard hi usse nahi apna raha ?( wow babu wow one side you rejecting our girl and other side saying she can marry another man ! Who'll marry this girl who's husband is not accepting her?)"

Kusum start beating Ragini with slaps saying while crying " kahe the na koi galti mat karna phir kaaa kardi tum kaaa kardi jo iyye tumko nahi apna raha ?( I told you not to do any mistake then what you done what you done that he's not accepting you?)" .
Ragini crying bitterly and kusum fell on ground crying beating her forehead in tension.

Sanskar trying to make them understand but just then some women voices came who are shouting ' where is that Ragini? Bring her out bring that characterless w**re out we'll teach her a lesson so that she won't try to lure any men of village bring her out'

Sanskar , Birju, kusum and ragini are shocked hear these voices not understanding what's going on !

What kind of punishment destiny giving to Ragini??
