"Fuck you Gaia. How fucking dare you come to my house and claim this kid's mine. Where's the proof?" I snarled, stalking over to her.

Everybody in the garden fell silent, probably judging me and hating me. Not that I didn't blame them. "I'll get some. It's not a hard thing to get DNA."

"I fucking hate your guts. If this kid is mine, why didn't you come here earlier? Why. Why the fuck did you think it was a smart thing to show up on my kids first birthday!?"

"I wanted to see your reaction. And they're not your biological kids, are they?" She said with an evil glint in her eyes.

"Fuck you. Seriously. Fuck you. Nick, as much as I'd love to prolong this touching reunion, take her the fuck away from my house and never come back if your gonna bring her." Nick looked at me guiltily before nodding and grabbing her hand.

She shot him a glance before glaring at me and stalking off with her daughter following her. Ghost walked up to me and slapped me hard across the face, twice.

"Explain right fucking now. Mr and Mrs Olson, could you take Dani and Damian inside and play with them for a bit please? I don't want them watching this."
"Of course we can Ghost." Ricky's dad said in a kind tone of voice.

A tone of voice that dropped dead and cold as soon as he looked at me. "How dare you do that to my son." He spat before taking his grandchildren inside with his wife following.

"Me and Ricky sorta went on a break after Ange left the band. So about three years ago? And during that time I got drunk and ended up getting with Gaia. I fucked her when I was hurting over mine and Ricky's break up."

"And when I broke up with her, because I needed Ricky, she told me she was pregnant and the baby was mine. I didn't believe her because people have said it before, as most of you know. I hadn't seen her since I broke up with her and I guess her turning up was her revenge."

"You didn't think it was, oh I don't know, a good idea to fucking tell me Chris!?" Ricky shouted from behind me. I turned to face him and felt my heart drop. He'd packed his bags...and the childrens bags. He was leaving me.

"I-I..."
"That's what I thought." He said, angrily wiping his tears away before taking a deep breath. He twisted the ring off and threw it at me. It hit my chest and bounced off, rolling somewhere and getting lost.

"I'll send you the divorce papers over soon. And after that I don't want to see you again. Fuck you Chris, Fuck you."
"No Ricky wait!"
"Fuck off." Ricky spat before he walked back inside and left my life.

I dropped to my knees and stared with wide, shocked eyes. Justin and Ghost both dropped to their knees and hugged me while I sat there numbly, almost lifelessly.

Rem, Emerson, Sebastian and Ronnie all left, quickly followed by Andy, Julie, Jinxx, CC and Jake. TJ and Denis left, shooting me dirty looks before stalking off. "Linds can you take Bandit and Miles to yours for a bit?" Frank mumbled.

Gerard walked over to me and crouched down in front of me, pushing my head up with his finger. "Chris, I'm not saying he should've left you, I'm also not saying he shouldn't have left you. But he didn't need to do it like that in front of everybody when he didn't know the full truth."

"But you should've told him. Relationships are built on trust. And you didn't trust him enough to stay with you if you told him. Now look at what's happened. You lied to us all, I didn't know you and Ricky broke up."

"I-I wanted to leave it in the past." I whispered through a clenched, dry throat. Gerard sighed and hung his head, his black hair dropping to cover his face so I didn't know what he was thinking.

"You still should've told him. There's nothing I can do this time Chris, you fucked up. If you want him and your kids back, then you need to make it up to him." I swallowed the lump in my throat and nodded.

"I'm leaving with Frank and Ghost. Ange, Josh, Ry and Justin are gonna stay here for a while. Ghost's gotta take Bonnie home." I nodded numbly and watched as everybody left.

Ryan, Ange and Justin all hauled me to my feet and practically carried me inside. They placed me on the sofa, where I sat numbly, staring at the wall full of pictures of me and Ricky. Thunder crashed and lightning lit up the dark sky before rain started falling down.

"Paralysed by my envy of the night
I am lost without you here
And outside it looks like rain...
For the last time...
I bleed myself dry tonight.

And nothing I could ever write
Would help you understand this life.
There's so much beauty when
Your eyes lay lost in all the city lights.

The wax will drip and so as blood,
Romance is dead and all is lost.
You are the water in my lungs.
We've lost it...

We are all alone!" I sung with tears dripping down my face.

Ryan came in after cleaning up as soon as I repeated the verse and finished the song, choking in air. "Chris..." he mumbled softly before wrapping his arms around me.

"I-I loved him!"
"I know Chris, I know you did. I know you do. Everything will sort itself out soon. For now, let's watch something." I nodded and composed myself before watching whatever Ryan out on.
