(Y/n)'s POV

I was in "my" room, walking in circles, trying to calm down myself. There is nothing to worry about, it's just me and my anxiousness.
Germany and Poland were down in the living room with France. How did they even come?

Well, it all goes back to a few minutes ago...

Flaaaaaaaashbaaaaaaack•

I was with France, walking around a mall. Until he suddenly stops and stops me too. I looked at whatever had caught his attention, it was none other but Poland and Germany.

Poland was the first one to react and knocked me down by giving me a hug. I, being the weirdo at socializing, just froze in the floor waiting for him to stand up. And luckily, he realized what he did and stood up and helped me.

Germany was there, just looking at me as if I was some kind of hallucination or ghost. His expression changed when he looked at France, he frowned. Germany started yelling at France, France just weakly smiled and tried to explain but was immediately cut off everytime he opened his mouth.

Meanwhile, Poland tried to calm down Germany but it all ended in failure. I didn't want to interrupt since it wasn't my problem, but technically speaking it might be, I don't know.

I then looked at Jerry, who was scared as hell. That's where I drew the line, nobody shall scare my feathered son. No one.

"Stop! Jerry is scared, you monsters. Scaring a poor bird!" I said walking in between France and Germany.  "You, shut your mouth. Please." I frowned at Germany, I then turned myself and looked up at France's face. "You, you have my son. How dare you not take him away from the fight?" I said placing a finger in front of Jerry.

"Step up" Jerry obeyed and stepped on my finger. I then put him on my shoulder.

"Anyways, since you guys are causing such commotion in here. Let's go to France's house to discuss further like civilized... Uhm...countries?" The last word sounded like a question. I didn't care and turned around, making my way to where I assumed was the car. My arms were starting to feel sore from the heavy bags but that didn't matter.

I looked behind me and saw everyone standing still, like they were frozen. I glared at France and nudged my head. He widened his eyes and started walking at a fast pace to catch up with me, and so did the other two.

In our way back to France's house, it was all quiet.

•End of Flashback•

And so now they're waiting for me in the living room. I wanted to catch up with them, since the last time I saw them was a long time ago. I wasn't sure if they'll be mad at me for leaving. Also, I have some questions that hopefully get answered. I was doubtful if they were going to question my "aggressive" behavior and me referring to Jerry as my son. I made everything awkward for myself, hopefully they forget.
I bit my lip as I ran my hands through my hair. I didn't want to piss off anyone, so I mentally practiced everything that could happen.

I walked over to my backpack/bag (A/n- I can't remember what it was, sorry) , the one that appeared with me, and looked through every pocket. I took out two items, a small box and the note I never translated. If everything goes well, they'll answer my questions. And. I'll answer theirs.

"(Y/n)! mon chéri! Won't you come out?" I heard my name being called by France. I looked at the door, still panicking inside.

They know me, I shouldn't worry so much. It's just talking to them, nothing bad will happen...right?
Why am I so awkward?! Why can't I socialize like a normal human being!!

I let out a long sigh and walked towards the door and opened it with all my might. "If something happens, it happens. And I'll be done for the day" I muttered to myself. "Just, don't overthink stuff..." I muttered once again, still making my way out to the living room.

I arrived to the room, and all of them stared directly at me. I waved awkwardly.

"(Y/n) (L/n). Is it really you?" Poland said, looking at me from head to toe. "How do we know it's really her?" He added in a whisper.

"There's only one way to know" Germany pushed up his glasses just like those smart anime guys. "Which way is west?" He asked, looking at me with a serious expression.

I kept quiet while everyone stared at me. My heartbeat fastened and it was possible to be heard from all the silence.

"It's north, east, south, and west..." I muttered to myself and looked at an imaginary compass in my hand. "Or was it north, west, south, and east?"
My brain was a mess and it wasn't helping me, the anxiety of answering as fast as I could to avoid the silence was just making me even more confused.  'I should just tattoo a compass in my arm' I thought about the idea and its pros and cons.

A chuckle was heard, I looked up to see who it was.

Germany's POV

I couldn't help but chuckle slightly, the memories of her came back to me and were clear now. That's it, that's definitely.
She's the only one to have confused my name when I was little, the only one I never corrected.

"It really is you" I whispered, a smile spreading across my face.

It had been a long time since the last time I saw her, since she left by telling a lie to me.

"Oh my... Little Germs!" She said excitedly, she also said one of the nicknames she gave me, it made me feel embarrassed. "Me boy is a big boy now" she wiped an invisible tear from her eye.

"Hehe, little germs" Poland cuckled at the nickname. "I can give you a similar nickname my angel" (Y/n) said, standing up and then walked to him. They started whispering to each other, they even giggled.

"I told you she's friendly after a while," France mumbled to me as she looked at (Y/n) with a smile.

"Excuse me, they said something that shall not be spoken." (Y/n) frowned at him. "And that's my inability to know the cardinal points" she whispered, rubbing her neck as she looked away in embarrassment.

"Anyways! Long time no see, huh?" She said taking a seat next to France. She then started talking again to Poland, both talking about some stuff, memories. France joined a while later. I remained silent, not knowing what I could even say to her.

I'm going to be honest, (Y/n) looks a bit different. Her appearance didn't change much, but her behavior did. I remember she was a lot more friendly, will always be near me or East, she made up games and we played them. Maybe I remember her like that because she avoided Third and Reichtangle, or because she was just trying not to get in trouble.

As for now,  and from what France said, she's much more closed, anxious, and cold. But if enough effort to befriend her is put, she is going to try to be nice and polite. At least that's what he told me, I am not completely sure.

"Please don't tell anyone" France mouthed to me, his smile was gone and he had a serious expression.  I raised a brow, not understanding why he would say that.
