In the middle of the night, Quinn woke up to Puck's hands around her neck.

Puck's eyes were open, but he wasn't there. It wasn't Puck.

"N-Noah." Quinn choked out. "It's me. You're dreaming. Wake up."

Quinn dug her nails into Puck's chest and kicked at him.

"Noah!"

Puck instantly came back and released Quinn. "Oh my god."

Quinn jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom. She locked the door behind her and threw up while she tried to stop her hyperventilating.

"Quinn, I'm sorry." Puck said softly from outside of the door.

Quinn took deep breaths until she finally calmed down. She splashed cold water on her face and opened the bathroom door.

Puck was standing there with tears in his eyes. "I'm so sorry."

Quinn nodded as she walked past Puck and sat down on the couch.

"I was dreaming." Puck said, his voice breaking as he followed Quinn. "I would never... Are you okay?"

"I know." Quinn said softly. "Just..."

"I'm gonna text Santana or Sam." Puck decided. "And see if I can crash with one of them tonight."

"No, I want you here." Quinn told Puck as she started crying.

Puck took Quinn's hand and slowly sat down on the couch, leaving space in between them.

Quinn sniffled as she looked at Puck through the tears in her eyes. "I'm pregnant."

"Oh my god." Puck said softly.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner. I was waiting because you were leaving, and then..." Quinn trailed off as she wiped the tears that continued to roll down her cheeks.

"It's okay." Puck responded. "I get it."

Quinn bit her lip and looked at Puck.

"We should call the doctor though and make sure I didn't hurt you or the baby." Puck stated.

"I'm okay." Quinn promised. "It was only a few seconds. We'll be okay."

"Come here." Puck said softly.

Quinn climbed onto Puck's lap and wrapped her arms around his neck, resting her head on his shoulder.

"I love you." Puck said as he rubbed Quinn's back. "And I'm sorry I hurt you, Quinn."

"I love you, too." Quinn said softly.

Quinn and Puck sat in silence for a few minutes. They held each other and breathed together.

"How do you feel about the baby?" Puck wondered, breaking the silence.

Quinn picked her head up and looked at Puck. "How do you feel?"

"Surprised, but excited." Puck said with a small smile.

Quinn nodded as she wiped her eyes and got off of Puck. "Apparently, when I switched my birth control, the new one wasn't effective."

Puck nodded slowly. "Are you excited?"

"Excited and nervous." Quinn said. "But I'm glad you know now."

"Me, too." Puck smiled.

"We can talk more about it in the morning." Quinn decided as she slowly got up. "I wanna go settle in and try to go back to sleep."

"We'll talk more in the morning." Puck agreed. "I'll sleep on the couch. Lock our bedroom door."

"Noah." Quinn frowned.

"Lock the door." Puck repeated. "Please."
