"Are you sure you don't want me to come? I can reschedule my appointment." Puck offered for the thousandth time.

"You need to go to yours." Quinn said. "I'll be fine at mine."

"I know." Puck nodded as he held Quinn's hands.

"I'll see you later." Quinn told Puck.

Good luck at your appointment." Puck said.

"You, too." Quinn replied as she kissed Puck.

Puck pulled Quinn close and deepened the kiss.

"Noah." Quinn smiled as she pulled away. "You have to let me go."

"Alright, so go." Puck said.

Quinn looked at him.

Puck raised his eyebrow.

Quinn lightly pecked Puck's lips before walking away.

Quinn took a cab to the doctor's office and signed in. When they called her name, Quinn followed the nurse to the room. They took her vitals and left her to wait for the doctor.

Quinn's doctor entered the room shortly after with a younger brunette girl behind her.

"Hi, Quinn. It's good to see you." Dr. Miller smiled. "Do you mind if we have a pre-med student join us today?"

"Sure." Quinn nodded, smiling at the girl.

"I'm Alexis." The girl smiled. "Nice to meet you."

"You, too." Quinn said as she looked at Dr. Miller. "I'm Quinn."

"Quinn is almost twenty weeks pregnant." Dr. Miller informed Alexis as she looked at Quinn. "You look good. How do you feel?"

"I feel good." Quinn responded. "The second trimester has been much better than the first, but I was expecting that from last time."

Alexis looked at Quinn. "When was your first pregnancy?"

Quinn looked at her. "A few years ago. I was sixteen."

Alexis nodded slowly.

Dr. Miller nodded as she looked at Quinn. "Your chart looks good. Your blood pressure is a little high though. Have you been feeling stressed?"

Quinn shook her head. "There's just been a lot going on with my boyfriend. He finished his service in the Air Force a few months ago after his second tour, and it's been a lot all at once, but we're good."

"Wow." Alexis replied. "Thank him for his service for me."

"I will." Quinn smiled. "Thank you."

Dr. Miller nodded. "Are you ready for the sonogram?"

"Yes." Quinn said as she adjusted her shirt.

Dr. Miller smiled as she put the gel on Quinn's abdomen and helped show Alexis what to do.

Quinn smiled as she looked at the screen.

"He looks good." Alexis noted.

"H-He?" Quinn raised her eyebrow.

Dr. Miller paused.

"Oh my god." Alexis muttered as she looked at Dr. Miller. "I'm so sorry."

"It's okay." Quinn said with a small smile. "It's a boy?"

"It's a boy." Dr. Miller answered.

"I can't wait to tell Noah."
