Quinn and Puck headed back to Lima the day after their glee dinner.

"You lied to everyone at dinner." Quinn noted as she and Puck sat on the train.

Puck looked at Quinn.

"You told them you're not drinking because of me." Quinn stated.

"I'm not drinking because I don't wanna hurt you or the baby." Puck reminded Quinn. "So it's not a total lie."

"I'm not really concerned with what the lie was." Quinn told Puck. "I just wanna know why you felt like you had to lie to our friends."

"Santana knows the truth." Puck said.

"Everything?" Quinn wondered.

"Some of it." Puck nodded.

"Well, Santana's not everyone." Quinn noted.

"It's not as big a deal as you're making it, Q." Puck responded. "No one else really thought anything of it."

"Because they know you and they know how you are with me." Quinn replied.

Puck furrowed his eyebrow.

"You would do anything for me." Quinn said. "And I would do anything for you."

"Yeah, we would." Puck agreed. "Which is why we can just forget about this."

"So that's it? You're just gonna lie to all of our friends?" Quinn questioned Puck. "And what about our families, Puck? What about our baby?"

Puck furrowed his eyebrow and looked at Quinn.

"You and I can have our secrets and our own business, but I can't be the only person that you let in." Quinn said. "Not when you start lying to everyone else."

"Quinn, you're blowing this way out of proportion." Puck said. "It's not that big a deal."

"You don't think your sobriety is a big deal?" Quinn asked. "You don't think our friends aren't gonna wanna go out drinking ever again?"

"It's not like I can't drink at all." Puck pointed out.

"I know. I just..." Quinn sighed.

"What?" Puck asked as he looked at Quinn.

"I don't know how to help you with this." Quinn admitted as tears filled her eyes. She wiped a tear that escaped down her cheek. "And I figured the more people who know about everything-"

"The more people who can be there to make sure I'm okay." Puck finished. "Right?"

Quinn nodded and took a deep breath. "I'm sorry."

"I'm gonna tell everyone." Puck promised Quinn. "I've been trying to get a handle on everything and making sure I'm ready to tell everyone. But right now, I don't feel like my family or our friends are ready to know."

Quinn looked at Puck.

"I don't want everyone looking at me like there's something wrong with me." Puck stated. "And I don't want them knowing what I did to you."

"Noah, you didn't..." Quinn said softly.

"It doesn't matter why or how it happened. It was still me." Puck said.

Quinn bit her lip and took Puck's hand. She looked at him. "I'm here for you and I'll always be here for you in any way that I can be. Okay?"

"Okay." Puck nodded as he lightly kissed Quinn.

Quinn and Puck were planning on spending the most time at the Puckerman house, so they figured they'd drop their stuff off at Quinn's mom's first.

"I wanna see Finn's mom while we're in Lima." Puck decided. "Maybe we could tell her about the baby? And invite her to the wedding?"

"Yeah." Quinn nodded. "Yeah, I think she'd like that."
