Khushi was sitting in the same position on the couch from the last two hours hugging her knees, her face swollen red, her eyes lost.
The pin-drop silence in the house, since the devastating phone call, was broken by the opening of the main door.
In walked Arnav.
Khushi gasped as she ran towards him, and hugged him tight.

"Khushi", Arnav hugged her back tenderly, "What's wrong?"
"Acci...accident", she spoke incoherently
Withdrawing herself from him just a bit, Khushi ran her hands on his body, "Where...where are you hurt?"
"What accident? What are you talking about?"
"Aman called me that you had an accident"
"No Mam, I never did", spoke Aman from behind Arnav
Only then did she realize that he had not walked in alone. Sameer & Aman were behind him.
Khushi moved a step back with fear in her eyes
"What happened Mam?" Sameer asked Khushi
"I..I got a call from Aman that... that Arnavji had an accident", Khushi wet her dehydrated lips as she spoke, "and.. and they were taking him to a hospital"
