I know i've said the last two weeks that they were my worst weeks so far, but THIS was my worst week so far.
-First of all, I didn't do Zumba once (I didn't feel up to it the first two days and the instructor was too hurt to do Tuesday and I had a Zoom birthday party today).
-Secondly, although I did rake leaves multiple times and go on many extensive walks, my eating wasn't too great this week. For example; after my second time raking leaves I had a burger and onion rings at A&W (the onion rings were meh) and today is my birthday! So you know that meant cake and fun meals for morning and afternoon, it was just a mess.
I need to get into a rythm of working out soon. This last month has been killer! I just need to get into the habit of doing a little 15-30 minute workout every day.
Hopefully this next week will be better, but since I am sure there are more birthday celebrations to come (but not a ton considering the circumstances) I don't have a TON of hope, we'll see!
