WEEK 22

So... this week hasn't been the greatest. I definitely fell off the wagon a little bit. I had a bit more junk and sugar than I usually do so that isn't the greatest and I haven't been on as many walks as I usual so that doesn't help much. I 100% think I gained some pounds back...damn.

Other than that, everything has been pretty much the same as the last 21 weeks.

Man.... these are getting extremely short and boring... maybe I should change to monthly? I don't know.

THERE'S JUST NOTHING GOING ON.

Maybe when school starts there will be a slight change in the eating schedule, so that may help.
