This week has been fine.

I mean, there's not much else to say. I cannot wait for 2021 because then this book will be updated once a month instead of once a week just for my sanity and yours.

Food was pretty much the same, HOWEVER, I did do a small smart thing... maybe. Instead of having both pizza and a brownie on Fridays at work, I cut out the brownie from that day to off set the sugar and salt. I think that was pretty smart, we'll see how that goes.

I've been going on more walks recently, I just went on my first one not during the weekend Wednesday night before work so... that's good.

Been drinking lots of water, eating fruit and trying to push the heavy desserts to weekends to again, flatten the salt and sugar curve.
