So this past week has been ok.

I've realized I should probably be adding more information about how my week went health wise in these chapters, but there's nothing really special to them.

My eating has slowly gotten better. It's not perfect but I will get there...eventually.

I tried a new workout last Friday that I want to keep doing a couple times a week as well as my two Zumba classes (in which I participated in both this week). Otherwise, I'm walking upwards to two times a day, sometimes before and after a workout. I should probably add a light run into my running routine, just to get my calves a lot stronger.

I feel better. I feel like I look a little better compared to when I started, but whether I lost weight or not will all be revealed in next weeks weigh in....and I am nervous. I don't think I've done enough. But we'll see!
