I did the same stuff as last week.

There was lots of lifting at work, still is lots of lifting at work. My eating has become much more scheduled so I'm not constantly snacking throughout the day. However, what I am eating hasn't gotten significantly better. I guess there is less junk going into my system due to the scheduled meals, however there were a few moments this week (ex: I went to a barbecue on Saturday and ate burgers, hotdogs, chips and cake) where it all kind of plummeted.

We'll see how it plays out.

Weigh in is either next week or the week after. Depends on my sleeping schedule.
