You know, this week actually hasn't been that bad.

I mean, it's been bad. I've had a slice of cake everyday and alot of chocolate but on the working out side of things, it's been better!

I did Zumba both times this week and was really sloppy (which is to be expected since I didn't do it two weeks in a row) and i've been on a walk everyday this week, except today because it's been raining.

I keep forgetting to do my monthly weigh in so I did it today and...well. I weigh 228LBS. Which I think is more than when I started?

However, once all this chocolate is gone I should have a better time working out, especially since I have a juggernaut of a workout I want to try soon, THE LADDER (more on that when I do it.)

I'm slowly getting back on the right track so...let's see how this week goes!
