So... this week has been good!

I mean, what else can I say?

My eating has been good. I've been eating well.. I've been doing more heavy lifting at work recently.. um... yeah.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY ANYMORE.

Genuinely, I have run out of things to say. My eating is good, my exercise is good, lots of walks, lots of lifting.

That's it. There's nothing else I can do.

I would count my calories but I do not have enough time in the day to do that.

Oh! I checked my blood pressure today! It was good. It's normal.

That's it. Weigh in coming in a few weeks, but until now... bye... I guess?
