WEEK 12

This week was a good week. I ate well, did Zumba twice and went on plenty of long walks.

I just got a job today that will have me on my feet and lifting a lot of boxes for 8 hours so that should be a good workout. Especially since Zumba is going down to once a week by the end of the month.

I think I'm losing weight? I have no idea honestly.

Well, there's only one way to go, forward!
