Well, weigh in is next week and I am terrified.
I think after this week, it's safe to say I love to eat. Like... REALLY love to eat.
I think it's the fact that i'm up for longer, therefore I get hungry more often and also the fact that apart from breakfast and sometimes dinner, I do not have specified eating times. So I am eating more and more and more.
Sadly, because it's easier to grab, that more and more eating just happens to be junk. Cookies or pretzels or cheese. Whatever is easiest to grab I grab it and eat it.
Yeah... not good.
I definitely see my gut growing back a little. Which means I gained weight. I may even be back to the beginning. I hope not but WHO KNOWS AT THIS POINT?!
The good news is, I have been getting much better sleep, I've slept for at least 7 hours the past two nights in a row, so that's great!
Anyways, that's all for this week. Also reminder that next week will probably be the last "weekly" chapter. And its' weigh in week, Wow! Big week!
