Yup! I weighed myself today and I am at 214 pounds! I felt like I kinda fell off the wagon this past week and maybe I did, but it wasn't enough to make a huge difference.

My meals have been pretty similar to what they were last week.

Breakfast (7pm): Toast with one bread spread with peanut butter and the other spread with Nutella

Before Work (9:30pm): Snacking on what goes in parts of my lunch

First Snack at Work (12am): 1 chocolate chip muffin with an apple

Lunch (2am): This week I had Pasta, Salad, 2 Burgers, Chicken fingers and Shepard's pie and pizza.

Final Snack at Work (5am): A few handfuls of grapes

I do have some other meals during the week like raost chicken, bananas, potato wedge fries, omelette and oatmeal, with some ice cream for desert.

I think I need to start putting at least a vegetable in my lunch a day so I don't fall off again. Because I am making good progress I think. So... we'll see!
