WEEK 23

This week was not the greatest.

It was definitely better than last week but not by much. I had more healthy stuff and less unhealthy stuff than last week but it definitely isn't up to par as to what I should be at for my weight (which I think is rising slightly but who knows)

Good news is I have been told by a few people that I have been concealing my gut really well so that means my gut has gone down (phew!)

I was going to do my weigh in in two weeks, but I think I'll do it next week since my schedule is about to change with me going back to school, so it will be interesting to see how everything changes when I flip to a slightly different eating and sleep schedule.

Other than that, I've still been working and going on frequent walks so nothing has changed in the exercise front, it's just the eating side of things I need to keep a better eye on.
