I feel like this week has been better than the last few.

I've been having some pretzels in my lunch since I started working (1 month ago!) and this past week, I have decided I won't be having them anymore. I figure they're high in sodium and we all know sodium isn't the greatest for you, that I would try and keep it out of my diet. Baby steps. That's what this summer is about.

In regards to exercise, I'm obviously not doing Zumba, but this past week I have been doing more heavy lifting and squatting at work than before. On top of that, I've been taking some walks during my nights off. The lengths varies depending on how long my music lasts, so I could go for 2 hours or 10 minutes.

Other than those two small changes, nothing has really changed. I fell like I may have gained weight but I'm not sure. We will see in a few weeks.
