So... I guess since I'm really not doing Zumba anymore since I've been heavy lifting for 8 hours a day Monday to Friday every week that really this whole series/book is really just be rehashing what I've eaten this week.

Well... you're here so may as well tell you what I've eaten this week.

And the answer is not great! I think be getting back to where I started at 220LBS really went to my head because I did not eat well this week. AT ALL.

I might have lost a little weight but I think over all nothing was as it has been the last couple weeks.

Well, hopefully I can get back on track this week.
