We were hauled into the station. A few minutes after we got there Dally came but didn't go outside. He didn't wanna risk getting caught. I knew I was gonna be ok along with Johnny. But Pony, he could get in a lot of trouble. I don't think he could get taken away from his bothers...could he?
I sat down next to Pony while Johnny was at the bars looking at the officers. Pony was messing with his fingers trying to make himself less nervous. I held his hand to try and make him stop. He looked at me with tears in his eyes. "Pony..." I said. But right as I said it he burst out crying.
"What am I gonna do" I cried. "What if they take me away from Darry."
"They won't Pony." I said trying to get him to calm down.
"But what if I do y/n....you don't know what could happen!" Johnny cape over and hugged Pony.
"It's gonna be alright man." He said in a calming voice. I love that about Johnny. He could calm anyone down no matter what was going on. You always felt safe in his arms. You could trust him.
