I just stared at him. Trying to process what he had just said. "I-is he gonna die?" Those are the only words I could manage to say.
"I-I don't know y/n" He sighed "it was pretty bad." His voice became shaky. I didn't even think of Pony when I was trying to get to Johnny. I should have remembered him. "The rest of the boys are coming."
"Is Dally?" I was bawling my eyes out. But for some reason I could still talk correctly without my voice shaking.
"Mhm" He nodded. "Don't worry y/n" he hugged me again. I fell asleep in his arms.
"Y/n. Y/n." I heard Darry said in a soft voice. I opened my eyes. The whole gang was standing around a doctor saying something about Johnny. I stood up. "He's fine. The surgery went very well." Dally got so excited he hugged me. I was so relieved.
