Late night talks

Hoseok rubs his chin as he looks down at the screen, his face pensive as he examines the contents.

"So this is what you've managed to gather so far?" He asks.

"Yes. It's not much but it's what I have."

"I don't think this is going to help us much." Hoseok confesses, offering the girl a sympathetic smile as she nods.

"I know." She admits. "That's why I never submitted the story."

"Is there anything we can do about it?" Namjoon asks.

"Not unless we have solid proof."

"Right. But we can't do that without exposing Taehyung."

"There has to be another way."

"Yoongi and I have been chasing after this as well for a while now," Hoseok explains, "but our main goal was to find Taehyung."

"Did you find anything?"

Hoseok shakes his head in response. "Pretty much the same as you. The place is too guarded to find anything out. I'm surprised you were able to sneak Taehyung out."

His words don't reassure EunHae at all. Should they be worried about that? What if they had some sort of plan all along? What if they let them get away on purpose?

"We have another friend," Namjoon says, "his name is Jimin, and he also knows..."

As they talk, EunHae follows the boy with her gaze as he walks out the door, her heart heavy on her chest.

"Excuse me for a moment." She says.

She is about to follow after him, but stops when she sees his brother next to him, the two making their way to the beach.

Now that his brother is back, she knows that she has to let him go, but part of her refuses to do that.

"Yoongi is the one that knows the most about them. He has been around the longest. We should ask him before making any moves of our own." Hoseok says once EunHae returns to the conversation. "But it's good to know that there are others out there who want to help."

"How long have you known Yoongi for?"

Out by the waves, the brothers walk side by side in silence, enjoying the evening breeze as the sun begins to set.

"She seems nice." Yoongi points out, referring to Tashyung's new friend.

"She is." The boy confirms with a smile, kicking some sand with his foot as they walk.

"Listen Tae," Yoongi begins, letting out a small sigh, "there is something that I want to talk to you about."

At that, he stops, the boy titling his head as he turns around to face the older male, waiting for him to continue.

"How do you feel about her Taehyung-ah?" Yoongi asks. When his brother doesn't answer, he continues. "Do you have feelings for her?"
