Namjoon never really had a liking for school. He was a loner. Nobody dared say something nice to the male out of fear that they would be made fun of too. Namjoon's safe place was his home, and his younger sister was his best friend. His parents were his other half's; he needed nothing else.

Unlike Namjoon, Seokjin was the school's golden boy; he was handsome and everything that all the girls and boys wanted for their selves. Not only that, but he was a top student. The school was like his own personal life where he could have everything his way.

Seokjin was well aware of Namjoon's treatment, yet it didn't affect him. Seokjin was sweet to almost every person he met. But when it came Namjoon, he wasn't.

Namjoon felt that maybe Seokjin would stand up for him, but every single day he never said a word. Sometimes even laughing along with the rest of the students.

Seokjin felt as if Namjoon was not worthy of his kindness. The boy has always been ignorant, never paying attention to teachers, ignoring his classmates and just being dang rude.

Namjoon got used to the words that were said at school; at first, it affected him every single night he would rush home and into his bedroom, letting tears run down his face and disappear into his soft blanket.

But after a certain amount of time, he was used to the words when they spoke those cruel things to him. He sat in silence, feeling his entire body go numb.

The school became almost as numb as when you fell asleep on your arm. He couldn't help but avoid students and now the teachers.

"Bye honeybun, well see you after school," Namjoon mother spoke, planting a kiss on her son's forehead. A smile made its way to his face as he kissed his parents and dongsaeng goodbye.

He walked down the small stone trail that led to town. His eyes scanned the bus as he entered, sitting on the empty seat. Today he was going to confess to Seokjin.

He knew it was stupid, and the male would probably make fun of him, but he needed to get it off his chest. It was making him so stressed. It just added to the things to worry about.

Seokjin entered the bus, scanning the rows before sliding next to his best friend Hoseok at the back. Namjoon was upset; he hoped the boy, for some odd reason, would sit with him just for once.

Namjoon shivered at the bus coming to a halt. He was at the place he dreaded most in the entire world. He grabbed his book bag walking towards the aisle.

"Move, weirdo," Bogum, a classmate of Namjoon's, growled; his face went from his lovely honey shade to a bright red he heard snickering and glanced to see Seokjin standing there covering his mouth with laughs escaping.

"You can go." Hoseok smiled softly Namjoon grabbed his belongings before making a direct V line into the school doors. He rushed into the bathroom, sliding down against a stall door.

He was beyond embarrassed. He felt humiliated. The whole bus just laughed at him; he shrugged off the feeling before taking a deep breath.

"Beat it," a random student growled, causing Namjoon to rise to his feet and head out the doors. He gripped on his school tie, looking around the halls.

"Morning, Mr.Kim," a teacher spoke, nodding at the man standing frozen in the hallway. He immediately bowed before heading towards his locker.

"Your late.." a voice boomed as he walked into the cluttered classroom; his heart skipped a beat as he noticed all eyes were shooting daggers at him.

"I'm sorry, sir-" The man pointed towards his desk, not saying a word. He nodded softly before making his way to his seat.

"If it happens again, you'll be in detention, Mr.Kim" Namjoon shook his head, signalling it will never happen again.
