*Niall POV
Beep beep beep
Is the noise that's is going to be suck in my head for a long time and the only thing, I can hear as the monitor shows her slowly dying
"I'm sorry but it's unlikely that she'll pull through" the doctor informs me
"Ohh I had a feeling" I sigh putting my head into my hands
El rubs my shoulder and kisses my forehead
"It's going to be ok she's a tough one is our Zo" El smiles
I just sigh holding Zoe's hand
The monitors start going crazy and Zoe starts to scream
"ZOE!" I yell trying to get to her as El pulls me out of the room I collapse on the floor outside crying as El hugs me as I curl up into a ball
I can hear her screaming and doctors and nurses frantically shouting I bang on the door for them to let me in but they won't
Me and El sit there for at least ten minutes a doctor comes out he's got a sad look on his face oh no please no
"Is she ok" El asks
"Yeah something she's dreaming about in her coma frightened her and it nearly finished her coma but it was t enough I'm afraid she's still out cold"
"So she's alive tho" I ask
"Yes" he tells us
"Can we go back in?"
"Yeah" he sighs
I sprint back in to see my Zoe lying there as pale as a sheet little scratches on her face from when she fell
"I promised her she would never end up in hospital again and look where we are now" I sigh holding her little hand
"Do you mind if I play her a song on my guitar?" I ask El
"No not at all" she smiles as I strum my guitar
"Going out tonight
Changes into something red
Her mother doesn't like that kind of dress" I sing
"Everything she never had she's showing off
Driving too fast
Moon is breaking through her hair
She's heading for something that she won't forget"El joins in
"Having no regrets is all that she really wants" I sing
"We're only getting older baby
And I've been thinking about it lately
Does it ever drive you crazy
Just how fast the night changes?" I sigh
"I'm going to go talk to the lads could you please play this to Zo while I'm gone?" I ask her
"Of course" she smiles as I leave the room
I go to my car there are no fans seeing management are keeping Zo being in hospital private surprisingly
When I arrive at the flat the lads are all sitting there talking
"Hey Niall how's Zo?" Harry speaks up
'"Just the same" I sigh
"This is all my fault if she doesn't wake up ill never forgive myself" I tell them
"Don't worry Ni" Liam sighs
After about an hour My phone starts to ring
"Hello" I answer frantically realising its El
"Hey" she cries
"Is she out of the coma!" I cry
"No" she cries
"Then what's up oh my no El please don't tell me she's gone" I yell
"No actually she's out of her coma" El squeals
"Oh my god ok El ill see you soon love you" I scream
"Lads ill see you later!" I yell running down the stairs and into my car
*Zoe POV
"Ahhhhhh" I scream
I wake up in a empty room with pipes all over my body
"Niall,El!" I scream terrified
"Zo babe it's ok" El comforts me running in
"You had me worried babe" she tells me
I start to panic "where's Niall is he ok" I cry
"Yeah babe he's on his way" she smiles.
*Niall POV*
When I get there I run past reception ignoring there requests and running to the room Zoe's in
At that moment El comes out
"Is she ok" I ask her
"Yes just sleeping"
I open the door to see Zoe lying still all I can hear is her silent breathing
I go over to her bed and take her hand in mine
She wakes up and looks at me
"Niall?" she says more like a question
"Yeah baby it's me" I smile
"Where's my hug" she giggles as I hug her tightly
"Zoe?" I ask nervously
"Yeah" she smiles
"Can I kiss you" I ask
She looks at me and smiles "did you seriously just ask that question " she giggles quickly pressing her lips to mine
"I'm sorry I was just frightened" she says putting her head down
"Of what" I ask
"Incase I didn't do it right" she says her face going red
"Baby I wouldn't of cared" I coo
"I know that now " she smiles kissing me
When we break apart I speak to her "Zoe I'm so sorry I didn't mean to frighten you it was my fault and I'm sorry it's my fault your here and Zo look at your finger" I tell her
She looks up confused " its a promise ring "
"No Zo it's your promise ring I gave you that ring to show you how much you mean to me you running away broke my heart your my absolute world I thought I was going to lose you this time thats why from now on I'm going to talk to you more so next time you are upset by anything please talk to me so please promise me you will never do that again" he pleads
"Ok" she smiles
"So the doctor says you need to stay in longer so you up for a Disney marathon"I ask her getting on the bed bedside her
"Yeah ok" she smiles
