^Jaya Oneshots^

Emotional Scars

*Kind of a team oneshot more than Jaya, but this idea keep into my mind and I really wanted to do this for some weird reason lol. Also slight spoiler warning for Season 12; Prime Empire if you haven't seen it yet*

The six ninja were all in the living, with Master Wu standing in front of them practically giving them a therapy session. After everything that happened in Prime Empire, the ninja team has suffered extreme anxiety and nightmares, it was starting to get to a point where they would hear each other screaming from the other room. 

Now Wu was trying to give out some advice to try and move on from what happened in the game. He kept saying that none of it was real and that what's the point of thinking about it. But he didn't know what it was like in the game, what the pain was, in the game everything felt real. 

"-I still think you should talk things over." Wu continued to say. 

Nya was cuddled up with Jay, Kai was practically spread his limbs cross the other sofa, Lloyd was sitting on the floor, and Cole was leaning against the back of the couch. Kai shook his head, "We did talk things over, for weeks! And nothing has been working. Nya still gets anxiety attacks in her sleep, Cole screams during nightmares, Lloyd keeps having blackouts during the day, Jay gets sleep anxiety, and I can't ever go to sleep! Nothing is helping at this point!" He yelled. 

Everyone just stared at Kai, he wasn't wrong. Just then, an idea popped in Jay's head in a instant, "What about we all show off how we died!"

Cole stared at him wide eyed, "Excuse me?" 

Jay shrugged, "I mean what if we use special effect makeup to show how we died and just wear it out for the day to get over everything." 

Lloyd raised an eyebrow, "In public?" 

Jay nodded and Nya just buried her head deep into his chest, "And since some f use experience death before like Zane and Cole-ish you can show off that too. I think it could help us a lot to just be confident in who we are. It doesn't matter how many scars we have, we are a team that has protected not only Ninjago, but other realms as well." he finished off. 

Wu stroked his beard in satisfaction, "I believe that could very well. It could even show the city how much you risk for Ninjago. We can do this tomorrow, Misako may help with the special effects as well." 

"Then it's settled." Kai stated, "We show off our scars to the people and we don't have to build up all this pain we have suffered." 

They all agreed and went their separate ways, Jay and Nya however just stayed on the couch in silence while everyone went to bed. The blue ninja have noticed the Master of Water haven't said a single word to entire meeting with the ninja, and he thinks he knows why too. 

Nya has been having her nightmares with him long before the others. Everything that happened in the previous timeline have mentally broke them both, Jay going through his torture on the Misfortune's Keep,  Nya's time being possessed by Dilara with no knowledge of what happened, and her death.  They still haven't really told them anything about that timeline mess, except the part of Jay being adopted. 

The Master of Lightning looked down at his Yang, who was just staring out in the distance which only lead to their fireplace. He gently shook her a little, "You alright?" he asked.

"Do I have to do it?" 

He knew she didn't mean the death's from the game, but the death from the tiger widow's venom. He bit his lip from the response not really knowing if they should even mention it or not. Jay kissed the top of her head, "Not if you don't want to. Whenever it's just you and me tomorrow night we can add that on and you can show it off to me instead of everyone else if that makes you more comfortable." he negotiated.
