Mall Trip

The ninja team has had no crime in weeks, and they were driving each other crazy. So Wu told them about a new mall that opened near Borg Tower, and that they should go explore it. All of them agreed to it, even though some are not thing biggest fans of shopping, Jay and Kai. 

They both act like security guards whenever they are forced to go anywhere with a bunch of people. It drives the whole team crazy since they both become extremely overprotective when they simply talk to anyone. And much to Nya's liking, they follow her the most. 

The team of six arrived at the front of the mall and they were all going over the game plan, "Alright, I'm going with Jay to the GameStop, Cole is going to get some lunch at the food courts, Kai is bringing Lloyd to the candy store, and Zane is going to BestBuy to buy some new coms. Any questions?" Nya explained looking at the whole group.

Lloyd raised his hand, "Is there a budget?"

Nya shook her head, "It's your money, buy what you want." 

The all started to go their separate ways until Kai grabbed a hold of his sister's arm, "Don't be so flirty with each other while I'm gone." He warned making Nya giggle at the remark.

The Water Ninja looked over at her Yin who was standing like a statue, "I think we'll be fine, brother, now go bring Lloyd to the candy store before he gets himself lost." 

Kai rolled his eyes at his sister and went over to the excited Green Ninja.  Nya went over to her frozen Yin and hooked arms with him, "You ready to go?"

"Yeah." He said as they started walking in the mall, "I want to go to the pet shop."

Nya looked up at him, "Are you saying we can finally get a dog?" 

He smirked at her as they past through crowds of people taking pictures of the ninja couple, "Maybe, but Nintendo Switch first." 

"This is the third one we're going to buy, what's the difference between this one and the others you already own?" Nya asked him as they stopped at a map to find the gaming stores. 

Jay rubbed the back of his neck, "They have more colors..."

"That's a better excuse than you saying you broke the other two."

"..."

"You broke the other two didn't you?"

"I'll buy you the puppy if you forget about this conversation." 

"Deal!" 

 They found the location of the GameStop and headed their way down there with a huge crowd following behind. Jay automatically notice and tighten his grip on Nya, and wrapped his arm around her waist protectively. The Master of Water felt the sudden tense and rubbed circles on his knuckles to try and calm him. 

The Master of Lightning whispered in her ear, "Turn right and then take a left to the storage section of the mall, the security guards won't let them by." 

"What about us?" She whispered back.

"I know the guy, he'll let us through." 

They walked to the storage unit and Jay saw his friend, who already knew about the situation. They went to the guy and he let them through, the pair thanking him as he told the paparazzies. The Blue Ninja sighed and relaxed as they made it to the other half of the mall, right in front of the GameStop. 

The Yin Yang couple went inside, with very few people in the store. They pair looked throughout the shop to find the Switches, having to ask an employee for some help. Jay chose the color and pulled out his wallet to pay for the console.
