Hi. Sorry for doing this - hopefully you'll forgive me for this not being a new chapter (I do have one virtually ready to post, so it won't be long), but I need some feedback from you guys.
The story is kind of at a turning point right now. I could go two ways:
1. I could tie things up neatly and simply within the next few chapters, get them together with little fuss and that'd be the end.
2. I could go with my original plan, which would throw a couple of curveballs their way, involve complications, drama, heartbreak (although still an eventual happy ending) and take probably 20 chapters.
Now I know a lot of people will say that as the writer I should just do what feels right to me, but I'm not sure what that is anymore. Also you guys have stuck with me this far and I know that you're all invested in the story, so I'd like your thoughts.
We'll have a vote: neat, quick ending or longer, more drama-filled one? I'd really, really appreciate as many of you as possible giving me your thoughts (you're welcome to privately message me if you'd rather do it that way).
