12.I dunno what to call this chapter

Heyyyyy, yes I am writing this with my cat on my back.

Jane POV
I walked inside after Edward, I sit down on the couch. Thomas went upstairs and so did my other brother Henry, Dorthy was sleeping so Dad took her upstairs. "So what'd Cathy say?" Edward asks,

"Yeah, why were you two sleeping and cuddling?" Elizabeth asks,

"She said that she likes me back and then we just stayed there in the room and we watched, well I watched a movie and then we both fell asleep." I say and run to me and Elizabeth's room.

Cathy POV
"Why are you smiling so much?" Mom asks, as I walk into the living room,

"No reason," I say and sit down next to her, she was watching a Christmas movie with Will,

"Well from your smile I would say you had a good time." She says and I nod, "was there a lot of people?" She asks,

"Uh yeah, a lot of kids. I kinda ended up crying in the beginning because I was overwhelmed, but then I got better." I say and she nods,

"So what'd you do?" She asks,

"We talked to her family, and watched movies, she got mad at Thomas." I say and Mom laughs

"You two are always mad at Thomas, what'd he do this time?" She asks

"Well I sang-"

"WHAT?! You sang in front of a family that you didn't know yet you won't sing in front of meee." Will complains and I laugh,

"Yup. Anyway, he said it didn't sound good so Jane kinda yelled at him and we didn't see him for the rest of the night." I say and Mom smiles,

"What else happened?" She asks

"Um we watched movies." I say and mom pulls out her phone and shows me a picture of me and Jane sleeping and cuddling, I start blushing. "W-who sent you th-that?" I ask,

"Janes mom, she thought that'd maybe I would want the picture." She says, and I nod "so why were you two cuddling?" She asks,

"We were really tired so we went upstairs a-and  we fell asleep and I guess we started cuddling because we were cold." I say making up a lie, she nods her head and I run upstairs, Taylor was in her room holding papers, I walk towards her.

"What are you doing?" I ask and she jumps and puts the papers down,

"Nothing that should concern you." She says mean, fireflies are just fairies the paper read.

"Are you reading my thing?" I ask and she nods,

"It was awful too." She says and I take my papers out of her hands,

"Th-this was something that was meant f-for Jane. Why d-did you read I-it?" I ask

"Because I wanted to see how much worse you could get at writing" she says, and I glare at her.

"Why are you all of a sudden being mean to me. I'm never that mean to you, why are you insulting me and everything I do. Why are you being such a jerk?" I ask and she shrugs,

"I dunno" she says and I walk out and put my papers in the folder I had for my writings, I put it in one of my drawers and lay down on my bed.

Janey 💞: I'm going to bed, I'll see you tomorrow

Janey💞: sure you do, goodnight

I change into pajamas and get under my covers, I close my eyes and fall asleep.

The next day, morning time
I walk downstairs and look for the coffee, "Mom? Where's the coffee?" I ask,

"About that, we are out but I'm getting some after work today." Mom says and I groan knowing I'm not gonna be able to stay awake, I had woke up in the middle of the night after having a nightmare about Dad and then I couldn't fall back asleep. I grab my shoes,

"I'm gonna walk to school today." I say, we don't live that far away from the high school.

"Alright, put on a coat." Mom says and I grab a sweatshirt, "good enough. Bye" she says and I wave and walk out, I had put my writing folder in my bag so Taylor couldn't take it again.

At school
Jane was standing at her locker grabbing her books for math, I go to my locker and open it. Jane walks up behind me, "you are never going to guess who tried to talk to me." She says and I smile,

"Who tried to talk to you?" I ask

"Henry. He tried to ask me out." She says and I make a gagging noise,

"Ewwww." I say and she nods and starts smiling again,

"But then I told him that I couldn't go out with him because I was going out with someone else." She says and I smile

"I'm going to assume that made you happy." I say and she nods,

"Very happy." She says and we walk to math, "Y'know Anna and Cath are gonna freak out when they find out." She says

"But they aren't going to, not yet." I say and she nods, I had only told Jane and Will that I liked girls.

"I know. I don't wanna really tell anyone right now. I told my Mom, Edward and Elizabeth because they saw us cuddling last night and were asking about it." She says and I nod and lean my head on her shoulder,

"That's okay. Oh did I tell you that they took pictures of us?" I ask and she shakes her head "well they did" I say,

"Damn it, now that's gonna go on my poster board when I graduate." Jane says and I laugh, "oh my gosh, today's the last day before winter break." Jane says and I look at her

"Really? I completely forgot." I say and Jane smiles,

"We're seriously just going to be watching movies all day in all of our classes and probably singing during 5 th hour" Jane says and I smile, 5 hour was drama.

"And then next week we're going on a date" I say and Jane smiles,

"I already know what we're gonna do." She says and I look at her,

"What are we gonna do?" I ask,

"I can't tell you, it's a surprise"

"Jannneeeeyyyyyy, I don't like surprises."

"I'm gonna be there so you're gonna like it." She says and I giggle

"I guess you're probably right." I say and she nods,

"I'm always right." She says and I nod

"Sure." I say and she playfully shoves me,

"You're mean"

"And I'm cute so you can't be mad at me" I say and she laughs,

"You are very very cute." She whispers and I smile.

Heyyyyyy, the date is the next chapter so eeeeeeeeee.

Random fact: I wrote this under four different blankets because I was freezing even though it's summer.
