20. She's sick

Hello, I'm updating dis again. I literally had no idea what to write so yeye.

Cathy POV
Today was the first day back and you know where I am? I'm at home sick and my mom isn't giving me coffee. I grab Janes jumper that O stole and put it on, I was really tired but I I'm not going to bed.

Mom walks into my room and gives me a look. "Cathy, I thought I told you to sleep." She says and I nod,

"Y-you did-" I sneeze "but I'm not tired" I say and she nods her head.

"Yes you are Cathy. Just take a small nap, only for a little bit." She says and I shake my head,

"I'm not tired" I whisper and she takes away my book. "Mom!" I exclaim and sneeze again,

"Cathy, you need to sleep. It's either that or come watch really sappy movies with me." She says and I shake my head, "well how about you try to eat something. You haven't ate anything all day." She says and I shake my head,

"If I eat something I'm gonna barf again." I say and there was a knock at the door,

"And that would be Janes mom. Okay, just call me if you need anything." She says and I nod, she walks away with my book and runs down the stairs. I groan and lay down, I just want cuddles with Jane. I feel myself falling asleep and for once I just let it happen.

Jane POV
I walk over to the lunch table and saw Anna and Catherine laughing. "What are you guys laughing about?"

"Just this video of Anna's dogs" Catherine says and I nod,

"Have you guys seen Cathy?" I ask and they shake their heads, "weird" I mumble. Cathy never texted me back this morning and she wasn't at school today.

"Why?" Anna asks

"She never texted me this-"

"You guys have to be in a relationship" Anna says and I nod,

"Yes we are actually." Anna's jaw drops,

"Really?!" Anna exclaims and I nod.

"Anyway, tell me if me if you see her." I say and they nod.

After school
I grab my phone,

Mom: I'm at Cathys house of you wanna stop by.

Jane: okay, I'll be over in a few minutes

I start walking to Cathys house humming a song. I hear the sound of Thomas's laughing, "how's it feel to get your girl taken by your younger sister!" One of his friends shout, I roll my eyes and then I make it to Cathys house. I knock on the door and Ms. Green opens the door,

"Hi Jane," she says smiling.

"Hi Ms. Green" I say and she steps aside so that I could walk in.

"Cathy is upstairs sick, she should be sleeping like I told her too, but it's Cathy so I never really know." She says and I nod,

"Is she okay?" I ask and Ms.Green nods her head,

"She's Just annoyed because I took her book" she says and I nod. Mom walks in and kisses my head,

"Hi Jane" she says and I wave,

"Hi Mom, can I go see Cathy?" I ask and she nods,

"Don't get sick, I don't want to deal with you sick." She says and I giggle, I was upstairs "that girl is so clingy when she's sick." Mom says and they both laugh.

I open Cathys door and saw her in my jumper, I smile and set my bag down and walk next to her, I move hair out of her face and she moves a little bit. I smile when Cathy moves her hand towards mine, I lay down next to her and Cathy opens her eyes. "Janey?" She asks and I kiss her head and she turns away and sneezes. I giggle and she leans her head on my chest, "I don't feel good" she mumbles and I rub her back.
