for about a week or so i have had non stop rehearsals or fittings for the concert. mine is after BTS's , of course and we decided to use the same studio. if i wasn't working , i was rehearsing. if i wasn't rehearsing , i was filming i land stuff.
i had a four hour performance , but i had less 'relaxation' moments . so the parts where the members sat and spoke to the cameras , i had about ten minutes of that and the rest was running or dancing or getting changed or singing. i had a maximum of twenty dancers at one point but that was it. we didnt want to go over the top , just similar to what we would do for a music show.
as for the vlog, it was a huge success for fans. the views topped 20 million within the first 24 hours which was completely unexpected. it also made a lot of money , which wasn't that expected. every single item i touched in that video sold out. from the earrings to dress and skirt. the top , trousers , shoes and even the jewellery sold out within hours of the vlog going up. the the vintage necklace i bought , the company reinstated it and its value is now triple what iw as originally and about ten times the value of what i bought it at.
the top i was wearing made a controversy though, it really hurt me to read some of the comments. some people said that the back was to 'revealing' despite knowing i had a white vest on it so no part of my back was even revealed.but then the pictures form the sasaengs account went viral again which led to so much backlash , but not to me...but to him. he eventually couldnt handle the overload of comments on his other social medias so he shut most of them down.despite the top's controversy , it still sold out within minutes...and now its a trend in korea...so whats the real opinion of people ? it drove me insane , i didnt even know what to do, i was hurt by some of the comments but then confused by the sell out? like what even?
thursday 25th june2020
today is the official concert.
we had a dress rehearsal yesterday so we were well prepared. everything went smoothly and perfectly. we finished at around midday in korea and it was so warm.as was leaving the studio , i saw the invited paparazzi and fansites. i went up to each of the reporters and greeted them with a handshake and gave the fansites a hug. i let them take as many pictures as they wanted.
after spending a good half an hour there i was finally dragged into a van and taken tot he company where we had the meeting about its successes...i broke bts's records. as soon as my meetings and schedule for the day was done , i went into the meeting room and greeted the cameras and staff.
yoona stood behind the camera and spoke
yoona: okay , so welcome to the summer package for 2020.
me: this wasn't how i expected it to be, i thought we would be doing it after the london and paris concerts.well life changes so.
yoona: do you want to explain to the fans what you know so far?
