"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to today's broadcast where we will be going live with Liverpool Captain Jordan Henderson, Jürgen Klopp Liverpool manager and new comer to the Klopp's background team Sophie Williams.

The last few days have been full of speculations in regards to Williams joining the close knit group. Several people have made claims that she only got the job due to her relationship with Klopp's trusted right wing defender and local Scouser boy Trent Alexander-Arnold.

We are live here today inside Melwood, the home of the Reds' training facility where we will be getting answers from Henderson, Klopp and Williams herself in regards to the recent comments that have been made."

The entire Liverpool squad, managers and background team we're gathered around the TV in order to watch today's press release that was happening just upstairs in the media room. Naturally, none of them were allowed inside the room that was filled with reporters and journalists hoping to get the first scoop of gossip straight from Melwood itself.

"We will be opening the floor to questions in just a minute, but first we would like to hear from Jürgen Klopp in regards to the recent speculations surrounding himself and the club. Jürgen, what do you make of this situation?" The man overseeing the entire thing asked the Liverpool manager.

"Well on behalf of myself and the entire team we are delighted to have Sophie on board. We were already on the look out for a new addition to the club and had held several interviews prior to Sophie joining our team. She is a fantastic individual and will be a great asset during our Premier League campaign in just over a week." Jürgen spoke up in response to the question.

"And Sophie, how thrilled were you to be offered a job within a club like Liverpool?"

"Naturally, I was very excited. Liverpool is a great club and my family have been fans of theirs for years so they weren't new to me. I had been looking to get involved with a team back over in the states but after being offered a position here I was very grateful and willing to accept." The brunette girl responded. She had spent the entire night being media trained by her boyfriend and friends who were well used to the press's questions.

"Thank you, Sophie. Now we will take any questions from the floor." The grey haired man turned from looking at the three behind the table to the seating area in front which was full of people. He pointed at a man and signalled for him to speak.

"Colin James, The Goal. Sophie, is it true that you only got this job due to your relationship with Trent?" The audience exploded into whispers as they all got ready to take down whatever the brunette replied with.

"No. That's not why I was given the job. I wasn't even aware that my name was put forward for the position. My father applied on my behalf and even though it was unexpected didn't mean I wasn't grateful for it."

"Jordan?"

"No. The job definitely had nothing to do with Sophie's relationship with Trent. As she said, she had no knowledge that her father even applied for it on her behalf and regardless of whether or not she was seeing Trent, her application, and resume was very impressive and we're lucky to have someone like Sophie join us this year."

The man then nodded before he sat back down. The next person stood up and introduced themselves.

"Sarah Reed, Match of the Day. Sophie, is it true that you're only with Trent because you wanted this job?"
