Shuhua's POV

I saw Hyuri coming.

"Shuhua..." she called as she saw me standing in front of her

"Are you shocked?"

"Not at all but I wasn't expecting you to be here" Hyuri

"So, you are shocked. Why? Who are you expecting to be here? Han Jisung? Are you here to see him?"

"Absolutely" Hyuri

"Why did you come back?"

"What do you mean? Shuhua, I am not here to start a fight with you. I understand that you like Jisung and you hate me because he likes me-" Hyuri

"So, he likes you?"

"Yes, let's just talk next time. I am here to talk with Jisung. So, please just go and leave me alone here if you don't want to see me" Hyuri

"After leaving him you are coming back like nothing happened? How can you smile and laugh like you never hurt someone? Like you never left him? Why are you here? To promise him that you won't leave which is a lie, again. Can you just leave? Do you know how much he suffered? He cried and he is in pain for a long time. He is getting better, he is recovering until you came back. Everything went to zero again. All of the process stopped because of you"

"What the hell are you saying? When did I-" Hyuri

"Why don't you just date with Rowoon and leave Jisung? Rowoon and you can be together. You are just hurting Jisung. What will Jisung think if he will see the girl he loves with a guy who likes her? Isn't that cheating? I think it's better for you to leave him alone now. Don't ever talk to him"

"What?! I don't understand. Why do you hate me? Is it because of Jisung? Because he likes me?" Hyuri

"It's not just because of that! You are just using him, Hyuri! Do you think we wouldn't know? You are using him to fill the empty pages in your diary! You want it to be filled so you can have what you want. Then, what? You are going to leave him, right? Am I right?!"

"I-I would never do that" Hyuri

"Leave him alone, Hyuri"

"Yeh Shuhua!" Chani shouted while walking towardd us with Jisung "What the hell are you doing?!" he shouted and dragged me away from the playground

"Let me go! She deserves to know! She is really using Jisung! Let me go, dumbass!"

He stopped walking and let me go "Why are you doing this? What's your purpose?"

"I don't want Jisung to be hurt again!"

"But you are just hurting him, Shuhua! He trusted us. We should be the first to support him. You know how much Jisung waited for Hyuri! You know how much he waited for her to come back and he wanted to talk to her! And now you are ruining the chance they have! Why can't you just let them go?!" Chani shouted

"Because I like him!"

"If you like him, you will let him go. You will let him do what he wants to be happy. We both know where he is going to be happy. It's to be with Hyuri again. Just let them" Chani

"You don't understand, Chani"

"I understand the feeling of being pushed away by the person you like. You wanna know why?" Chani asked as his tears started falling "That's what you are doing to me"

"What?"

"I like you, Shuhua. You don't know, right? Because you are paying attention to Jisung than me. But that won't stop me from staying beside you and making you feel that no matter how many times you push me away. I will always be here for you, Shuhua" Chani

"I-I'm sorry...."

"I know, I know. You don't have to be sorry. It's my decision to stay beside you" Chani smiled

I don't deserve him.

Hyuri's POV

"What was that? What does she mean? Why is she telling me that I left you? When did I?"

"Don't mind her. She is just blabbering things she knew. You don't have to worry. You are not related about what you just heard. You didn't left me. You never left anyone" Jisung smiled

"No, I don't believe you. I know she means something"

"Hyuri-" Jisung

"If it's not me, then it's the girl you are telling me? Am I right?"

"Yes, it's her. But it wasn't her decision. She never wanted to leave. Someone told her to-" Jisung

"Right, even if it wasn't her decision, she should've not followed that person's decision. If she really loves you, she should've stayed with you"

"She can't do anything. It's not her intention to leave just like that. That night we promised not to leave each other no matter what-" Jisung 

"I will leave now"

"Are you okay?" Jisung asked as he held my hands

"Yup, I'm fine. I'll see you next time"

"Hmm. I'll see you tomorrow" Jisung smiled

I nodded and walked away from him. I want to tell him it's my birthday tomorrow but why didn't I tell him? Why am I scared? He told me he likes me because I am Hyuri not because I look like or similar to that girl he dated before.

"It's okay, Hyuri" I whispered to myself as I arrived in front of my house. I entered and saw them still watching the movie. I took my bag and was about to go to my room when my brother held my wrist "Why?"

"Are you okay?" Taeyang asked

I smiled and nodded. He let go of my hand and nodded. I ran to my room and locked the door. I lied down on my bed and started crying.

Why am I like this? It's my birthday tomorrow.
